Do Weight-Loss Supplements Actually Work?
Are They Safe to bear ?

Weight-loss supplements are available in a range of formats, including pills, candies, powders, and liquids such as teas. They frequently promote quick and easy weight loss, promising that you can drop inches without having to rely only on a healthy diet or regular exercise.
They're also very popular. In 2020, the weight loss supplement industry was estimated to be worth $6.5 billion.
Do these supplements, on the other hand, genuinely work?
Well I've personally used some but the only thing I kept in my mind while buying those, was the products used and the naturality of the products used ! I came up with some real supplements that worked for me and there were some faked one which were just a piece of profit for the company and sh*t in my opinion ! Dietary supplements do not result in dramatic weight loss as much as most of the company claims , according to a recent thorough study published in the journal Obesity Trusted Source on June 23. But Natural supplements on the other hand works apparently well and fast !
So The Question Arises Should you rely on Supplements in order to lose weight ?
well this is tricky , in my opinion it's not bad to rely on weight loss supplements but not fully , if you take some kind of supplement then you should also start doing a bit of exercises accordingly . In fact I lost 16 kgs in 3 months safely on supplements when I was in a hurry to lose weight and fat because I was to host a function ! It's legit to rely on valuable Supplements that really provide some value and that are most importantly Natural ! I Have also listed some of the Natural Supplements that I have Used in somewhen in my Life Below ! You can go and check it's official sites and get to know about them !
1. Meticore - This was the best supplement I've used so far . It literally dropped me 8 kgs down within 2 months.
2. HB-5 - It's only for women cause it targets the sexual Hormone Estrogen and thyroid hormone Thyroxine !
3. African Lean Belly - This is the Fat killer that really works like fire. I've used this in my early 20's. As it clearly shows it would be a belly deflater .
What the Study Found ?
The question of whether weight loss supplements work and deliver on their claims has sparked heated debate.
As part of the investigation, researchers looked at 315 existing clinical trials of weight-loss supplements and alternative therapies. They discovered that the majority of studies were skewed. Only 106 research were able to show that individuals lost weight, ranging from less than 13 pound to 41 pounds. The study participants' weight loss was likewise inconsistent.
The following 12 components were examined by the researchers:
- calcium and vitamin D
- chitosan
- chocolate/cocoa
- chromium
- ephedra or caffeine
- garcinia and/or hydroxycitrate
- green tea
- guar gum
- conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)
- phaseolus
- phenylpropylamine
- pyruvate
What do we need to know ?
The Food and Drug Administration does not regulate the vitamin, herbal, or supplement industry (FDA). It can be difficult to discern which brands and goods are of great quality and which could jeopardize your health due to a lack of control.
Dietary supplements are classified as foods by the FDA, not medicines. As a result, it does not assess their efficacy, safety, or quality. But Natural product could be used and natural products doesn't gives any problem using them ! Even if a Natural Supplement doesn't works on you it wouldn't even back fire your health !
BUT Most Importantly you need to know the constituents of the supplements. Buy it only if it seems 100% Natural !
Anti-obesity supplements are not the same as prescription, FDA-approved anti-obesity drugs, such as:
- orlistat (Xenical, Alli)
- naltrexone-bupropion (Contrave)
- phentermine-topiramate (Qsymia)
- liraglutide (Saxenda)
- semaglutide (Wegovy)
