Arrive here, in this moment. You have chosen to make time for yourself, and to spend this time in nature. To be at one, with nature. Notice the path you’ve chosen, the destination, the park. This park, this path, you have chosen, because you want to be here. In nature.

Inhale. Exhale.

Notice what’s at your feet, the shoes you’ve chosen to where today. Notice how they support you in every step. Feel the strength and energy driving each step. You are strong. You are capable. Your body wants to move, you can feel the blood starting to stir gently around your body and out to you limbs and to your cheeks. Your bodies cells smile as they too start moving, vibrating, celebrating in around your internal landscape. Your body, your vessel. The one you’ve chosen to celebrate and acknowledge today by choosing this walk in nature.

Inhale. Exhale.

Notice that tingling feeling move outward from your center, from your heart. Your heart beats with purpose, it is strong. You can feel the blood swirling outward to your arms, down to your hands. Your hands fill up slightly with the oxygen in your blood. You sway them gently like the trees sway they’re arms. Can you see the trees in the distance? Sway your limbs gently, just as they do. Can you see yourself in them?

Inhale. Exhale.

Notice the simplicity in the trees dance. Notice how they sway in unison, and how they whisper to each other - an oceanic breath. Can you hear the whispers? What secretes do they share? Feel the kisses they blow to each-other. A gentle breeze caresses your warm cheeks. You’re arms swaying like limbs of a willow tree; dancing, celebrating. Noticing the language of being, of oneness. Dharma.

Inhale. Exhale.

Observe the natural beauty of the landscape. Where are you? What do you see? Can you see something blue, or maybe something red? Look at the object, maybe it’s a flower, maybe its the flashing blue of a child's shirt as they run past. Notice the colours and they’re vibrancy. Are the colours you seen vibrant? Maybe it’s overcast and the hue on your canvas is foggy. This is your canvas, perceive it how you will. Is it vibrant, is it saturated, is it glazed or pixelated. This is your canvas, your perception of your world. Notice what is happening. Take a look back down to your feet, slow down your walk. Can you see any bugs or little creatures on your path? How are they living, what are they doing on the same path as you? Are they walking alongside you? Say hello to them in your mind as you see them as you pass. All creatures are of this earth. They too breath the air you breath, the kisses from the tress, that oceanic sound. Mother Gaia shares her breath with all.

Inhale. Exhale.

As you continue on your path surrounded by nature and by the soft kisses blown from trees, notice they sky. Is it indigo, is it jade, or is is pastel blue? Is the afternoon light flirting with the night creating hues of candy pinks and scarlet reds. Maybe the sun is only rising, giving his greetings to the moon. Can you see Luna. You may not see her but she is there, like the breathe. You cannot see it, but you can feel it.

Inhale. Exhale.

Notice the gumtrees along the path. The silky smooth trunk of the salmon gum glistening with its pastel aura of love. Smell the eucalyptus as it cools your breath. Up through the nose, out through the mouth. Feel it as it enters the nostrils, as it cools the upper lip. The sweet salty nectar which starts to form, moistens your upper lip. Your body is working, your heart beating to the universal drum. Your blood is full of that oceanic breath, you can taste the salt from the sweet sweat on your lips. You are the ocean, you are the trees, they are all in you. Can you feel it? Dharma.

Inhale. Exhale.
