Hi, My name is Darryl, and I'm sharing my experience with weight loss, lets say it has been a raggy one, and iv drifted from plus size to flat out skinny and many things contributed to this up and down repetition when I was losing and gaining weight.

Its a minefield out there there's so much info and its confusing to someone whos just starting out which way to tackle this very personal development and some time or other we run into problems, So this is a guide that hopefully fuels your passion for body transformation.

To start with you need to understand some basic principals, first things first.

To shrink or not to shrink.

A caloric deficit is going to make you lose weight unless medically told otherwise and to be in a caloric surplus will make you keep growing, So if we learn the best methods our body will become used to which mode it needs to be in. When I started out I just thought that exercising would make me more musclier I didn't know about calories or how burning energy affects the process.

Your gonna need to find out some basic info from your doctor if you don't know if your fit and healthy enough to do some more intense fat burners but in all fairness, There isn't really any excuse or way around losing weight unless you fast for long periods which is good for resetting the body and mind but, More about that method later wink.

A caloric surplus is good for building stronger muscles but, A rookie mistake for me was thinking that cus I'm growing now ill always be in a surplus, Even while sleeping but, Truth is that the body is always losing energy like seriously we are active for 24 hours of every day but, The way our body handles stimulus can boost or decrease the rate at which we burn our energy.

Cut or Bulk is the most important part of transforming and you can nail this to a science but, Im not going to get into that for the sake of this guide you only need to know that to "cut" is to lose wheight and to "Bulk" is to gain it regardless of level of strength these terms are only related to your personal weight shift for instance.

Cutting dosnt mean getting a bruce lee body type wich is like 2% body fat, Just relate it to your personal body type and dont compare yourself to others just compare to the last milestone achieved.

One awsome way to increase the rate your body burns fat even when resting is by drinking black coffee wich has been proven to biologically ramp up the speed your body breaks down fat by free'ing the fat cells into the bloodstream where they can be consumed rather than them lining the major arteries.

Drink peanut punch. This drink is packed full of essential fats and protein which is good for synthesizing growth in the muscle before and after a workout, Egg, Milk and Peanuts all have vitamins that we're probably not getting enough of, And this provides them with an easy and inexpensive drink.

So if you drink black coffee your gonna shrink and if you drink the peanut punch your gonna grow right but what about actual exercise.

Squats are excellent muscle builders as the legs are pretty much the foundation for everything we do in our lives, This is also a good starting strength exercise becouse the benefit will carry over to other exercises such as running or lifting, And it promotes faster growth in all other areas of the body.

Jogging is a fat burner, And probably the best way to cut through fat other than H.I.I.T. wich is definatly more of an intermediate training reutine and should only be attempted when basic knowledge is known through and through.

When losing weight, Dont worry about the scales, Becouse, As you may have heard they can decieve you, The scales are just a general measure, You dont have to obsess, Day to day they will change but, On a daily basis its a mistake due to factors such as water weight that easily disapeers and reapeers seemingly moment to moment, So be carefull not to pay to much close attention to your scales unless, your going to undertake a strict deit plan and speaking of, Lets talk Fasting next.

Intermittent Fasting (I.F.)

This is considered the easiest and most flexible way of fasting, Especially for those with time sensitive lively hoods, However what timings are considered fasted and fed well lets dive in shall we.

Fasted state;

Is when the body is using the stored energy or glucogen to fuel the body muscle and organ systems please do not confuse this with starving wich is when the body eats the muscle system and organs in order to survive.

Fed state;

Is the period of time it takes to physically eat and digest your meals, And is considered a window of oportunity to replace your bodies vitamins, And mineral count, However there are ways to boost your vitamin and mineral levels, Without breaking your fast.

Time is a healer, Meaning, The more you fast the less hungry your gonna be, However hard this feels at first just perservier and you will feel better after the initial shock.

Think of intermittent fasting as less of a diet and more of a lifestyle or somthing that you can sustain over your lifetime becouse of the flexibility, Its not somthing you should have to force, It should feel natural and more of a guided cessation of over feeding.

Like I said already this is a beginner guide and should not be followed like a religious book but, Just as a referrence source that is used in accompanyment with your diet or healthy lifestyle habits.

Overall this journey has been a pleasent one, And I'm happy to announce that I'm nearly at my desired body type hugely due to the consistent daily repitition of these same methods in this guide I know that there is literaly heaps and bounds of knowledge out there, And many more methods, Wich is why body transformation will always remain my favourite passion.
