Meditation is an ideal way to relax our minds and rid them of speeding, obsessive, and negative thoughts. Meditation is an excellent way to raise your vibration, because of the sound frequencies used and the actual SOUND effects used. 6- Steps To Raise Your Vibration

1: Make yourself aware of your feelings.Your reality is shaped by what you think, say, and feel. Any thought that crosses your mind has an effect on you.

2: Look for something lovely and enjoy it. We always walk around oblivious to the beauty that surrounds us. Stop running and take a moment to enjoy your surroundings.

3: Always drink plenty of water to help the body flush out toxins on a regular basis. Toxicity has a huge influence on our vibration, so we must do whatever we can to minimize its effects both within and outside of us.

4: Close your eyes and breathe in and out while sitting in a relaxed position. Too often, we run through our days with a jumbled mind, resulting in anxiety and stress. Meditation assists in the calming of the soul and the attainment of a calm state of mind. Only ten minutes of meditation a day will fully turn your life.

5: Be thankful. Making a gratitude Journal moves the vibrations away from what you don't have and towards what you do have. There's a lot more to be thankful for than you may think.

6: Perform a deed of kindness. Kindness and kindness have exceptionally strong vibrations. Consider how good you feel when you assist someone else! You'll soon notice that performing a random act of kindness (to a friend or stranger) improves your mood. Furthermore, performing acts of kindness helps us to focus on how blessed we are, which makes us feel more energized.
