Cleansing the soul while working the body

Meditation calms the soul, it stablizes the mind and generates a special energy for you and the ones around you. Still, most of us don't have the time to do it. We all are busy in our own little world, where we are depressed, worried and scared.

If we meditate even for a little bit, it can do wonders for us. It can drastically change our mood, bring tranquility to our minds and charm to our face. Our social life will be much better and at the end of the day you will find yourself at peace instead of being exhausted.

I understand that we all are busy but we can meditate even while we are walking. Yes! you read that right. Good news huh ?

It could be anytime. Maybe you are on your way to work, maybe you are going to school or jogging on your treadmill. It doesn't matter, it could literally be anytime and it's very easy once you master it.

Here is the easiest an quickest way of meditation while walking which I personally practise. The whole process can be done in 5-10 minutes.

Start your walk at a medium pace and feel the gentle touch of the ground to the sole of your shoes. If you are in a very crowded place, it's time for you to practise the art of stillness. Try to empty your mind and cease all kind of thoughts from entering your mind. Keep your eyes open but don't concentrate on anything else except your meditation.

Feel all the pressure,stress and anxiety building up in your head being transferred to your fists. Take three deep breaths at different intervals while imagining all the tension consolidating in your fists. While inhaling each deep breath, slowly tighten your fists and release it during each exhales. Witness the touch sensation of your finger skin on your palm skin.

Don't slow down your walk, you have to keep walking without exhasuting your body. In your head you should be calm with literally zero amount of thoughts. Forget about everything that is being going on your life and just concentrate on your wellness. Your mind is in a complete state of stillness and you are no longer worried about anything.

Now, it's time for the final process of breathing. This time you have to take a deep breath and tighten your fist as much as you can. Feel all the pressure building while inhaling and stay like that for atleast 5 seconds. Now, release your fists and exhale. You will feel a lot better and you are no longer worried about the rest of your day, you are calm and have controlled your restless soul. Keep concentrating on your breathings, mild fresh breaths and clearer picture of life. Visualize the day ahead of you and think of the small wins that you are going to have today. It is these small wins that eventually turn into a bigger win.

Your day has been planned and you are more confident than others. You are the master of your soul and the protector of your life. Nothing can stop you except you. The meditation is over and now you can bring yourself back to the outer world.

This entire process is very easy and you can master it in a very small amount of time. You will save a lot of time and your mind stays calm. You are good to go and achive that day. I am pretty sure you will fly out with brilliant colours.
