TIP PLEASE: THANK YOU. The only source of income I have right now is from tips. Thank you for all who have given me.
I must film this to practice for my yoga classes this week that I am teaching at the university for free. I have never filmed myself. Shoooooot me. LOL Coming soon.
I am losing weight because part of my molar fell out and I went to the dentist and they wanted $1,500.00. I told them no, I cannot afford it.
So I am not eating much and am in a lot of pain. Please TIP if you can. You are angels.
Yoga is moving meditation helps with the pain. I also have neuropathy pains, it feels like fire walking, and Western medical treatments were worthless, they increased the pain.
✅☁☁☁ Thank you for coming. I hope all is well in your life. Let’s stretch a bit to warm up our bodies, chakras and auras of light.☁☁☁☁☁✅.
Thank you for coming. I hope all is well in your life. Let’s stretch a bit to warm up our bodies, chakras and auras of light.
During my cancer years, I did bed yoga as I was dying of pain. Yoga is away to do moving meditation.
Find peace in the pain of darkness that may attack you. Smile and rise up out of the darkness, and find the healing powers of lightness. Float with the aura of angels.
"One of the best lessons you can learn in life is to master how to remain calm. Calm is a super power.” -Bruce Lee, the Dragon
Though I have arthritis, plantar Faciitis and Nueropathy, yoga helps me.
Plantar fasciitis involves inflammation of the tissue on the bottom of the foot that connects the heel bone to the toes (i.e., the plantar fascia) and often results in chronic heel pain (NASM).
Remember to let it go, become reborn, and relax our bodies. Ready?
I can see the pressures of life making us all stressful, so relax, rest, and release from the tensions of life.
Opening & Intention Setting (5–10 minutes)
Centering the Body: Let’s all begin in a comfortable, seated cross-legged position (Sukhasana) or resting flat on our back (Savasana).
Breath Awareness (Pranayama): Be sure to ground our focus onto our breathing by seeing the natural inhalations and exhalations to tranform us away from outside stresses of life.
Set an Intention (Sankalpa): Dedicate our practice to a personal theme of letting go of the stresses.
Open the Chakras
Gentle Warm-Up Opening (10 minutes)
Neck & Shoulder Releases: Slowly drop our ears toward the shoulder or take slow head circles to release our daily tensions in life.
Spinal Awakening: Move into a Tabletop position for Cat-Cow flows (Marjaryasana to Bitilasana), and be sure to connect our magical movements with our breathing.
Starting Position (Tabletop)
Come onto our hands and knees on our yoga mat.
Place our wrists directly under our shoulders and our knees directly under our hips.
Spread your fingers very wide and press firmly into our mast.
Keep our spines in a neutral, straight line position.
Cow Pose (Inhale)
Inhale deeply as we drop our bellies toward the floor.
Lift our chests and our tailbone to go up toward the ceiling.
Look forward or gently up, keeping our shoulders straight back.
Cat Pose (Exhale Slowly)
Exhale slowly as we round our spines toward the ceiling.
Draw our belly buttons in toward our spines.
Tuck our chins to our chests and let our heads hang heavy downwards
Begin Core Activation: Start our gentle movement of the Bird-Dog extensions to stabilize our lower backs, building heat and warmth.
Awakening the Auras
I can see how we are a bit stressed, so relax and allow the light of rebirth to awaken our tired auras.
Dynamic Heated Movements (15–20 minutes)
Transition: Push back into Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) to stretch our hamstrings, spines, and shoulders.
Downward-Facing Dog
Hold the pose : 5–4–3–2 –1 >
Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar): Flow through our repetitive fluid sequences (Mountain pose → Forward fold → Plank → Cobra/Upward Dog → Downward Dog) to warm our larger muscle groups.
Mountain pose → Forward fold → Plank → Cobra/Upward Dog → Downward Dog)
‘
Main Sequences of Standing Poses (15–20 minutes)
Foundation & Strength: Move into our standing postures like Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) and Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) to anchor down through our legs.
Warrior I Pose: Virabhadrasana I
Hold the pose : 5–4–3–2 –1 >
Warrior II Pose: Virabhadrasana II
Hold the pose : 5–4–3–2 –1 >
Balance Challenges: Practice focus and alignment with our postures like Tree Pose (Vrksasana) or Eagle Pose (Garudasana).
Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
Hold the pose : 5 — 4 — 3 — 2 –1 >
Peak Pose Option: If you are targeting a complex pose (like a deep backbend or arm balance), weave in modifications here while our bodies are at its warmest.
I can notice we are in the groove of the moment, so now we must allow our body to prepart to return the normalcy.
Cooling Down & Floor Postures (10 minutes)
Seated / Prone Stretches: Let us transition down to the mat, deeping our hip openers like Pigeon Pose or a seated forward fold (Paschimottanasana).
Reclined Postures (Supine): Let us drop onto our backs for a gentle reclining spinal twist to calm our nervous systems.
Smiling Salutations: Gratitude Is the Attitude
I can see you are releasing the tensions of the day. Thank you so much for being here and for being you.
Namaste: Final Relaxation Moments (5–10 minutes)
Corpse Pose (Shavasana): Lie completely flat, let our feet turn out, restinfg our palms facing up.
Integration: Let go of our conscious breath controla. Allow our entire body to melt into the floor to absorb the restorative benefits of our physical work our today.
