These ideas are exciting and free flowing, if not a little scary at first thought. This method of visualising your GOALS is so effective and so inspiring, I feel every person should have one. It's a real boost for to help you organise and make these GOALS happen, so let’s learn how.

It's important you set aside a journal. I suggest an A5 notebook which is just the right size so you can take it to work, on trips, to the beach, wherever. It's so accessible and if you have a bright spark during your day you will add it to your list. Make it is your own style, your own aesthetic, colour scheme because this is YOUR place to ensure your dreams are achieved. With an appealing design scheme it will become your sacred place.

Rewards

11.You’ve completed your GOALS. So now reap all the rewards that comes with it. Write them down include memories or photos. BE PROUD.

When you look back on your GOALS journal throughout the year you'll be amazed at what you achieved and all the benefits that were rightfully earned during the process. This journal is about keeping your thoughts in check and making sure that you are on track, always. With anything, I believe writing something down enables it to become more of a reality. Failure will not be an option when you organise your determination so that every day you do something that will inch you towards a better tomorrow.

1. Time Division

Divide your sections into a time scale. Monthly is advised as it's not too short term and not too long term.

2. Layout

Under the monthly section you are going to set yourself 5 GOALS. 1 GOAL for each page.

3. Goal List

For each GOAL you are going to state it clearly with today's date. 'GOAL #1: GET FIT. 25/12/2017.'

4. Actions

'ACTIONS TO HELP ME COMPLETE THIS GOAL.' Once you have written your GOAL, bullet point all the things you are going to do this month to achieve it.

  1. Stick to my healthy meal plan and don't give in.
  2. Go to the gym at least 4 evenings a week.
  3. Cut out my restricted foods that will not help my progress.

5. Inspiration

'INSPIRATION FOR ACHIEVING MY GOAL.' Identify your inspirations for this goal. This can be in writing, by pictures, drawings, a quote—get creative.

6. Goal Achieving

'HOW WILL I FEEL WHEN I HAVE ACHIEVED THIS GOAL.' What would it mean to you? What are all the positive things that will occur once this exciting thing has been achieved? "I will feel so confident in Cannes this year in my bikini."

7. Potential Reward and Date Completed

Save space for the date to be noted down when you can finally say I DID IT! With this comes a potential reward if it is completed. "I will treat myself to a double cheese burger extra large fries and full fat cola."

8. Values

'MY TOP 5 CORE VALUES.' Alongside your GOAL page you can reiterate your core values. List them down and watch as self realisation takes place. "I am energetic and confident that I will get fit." Use this as a place to note down mantras that will motivate you if you are feeling uninspired.

9. Thoughts & Feelings

Set aside a page at the end of each month for the reflection.

10. Old Habits & New Habits

Get stuck in and be honest about old habits and be proud of your new habits that have risen.

11. Rewards

You’ve completed your GOALS. So now reap all the rewards that comes with it. Write them down include memories or photos. BE PROUD.
