The Conrona virus is contagious and has killed over 10 thousand people over the of a few short weeks. Experts predict that this pandemic will only get worse and spread rapidly around the world. The place of origin is Wuhan China, but has created a panic throughout Other regions of China during their New Years Celebration. Now as of March of 2020, several countries around the world are responding to this super virus as it claims the lives of thousands around the world. America is next, and in this article, I give you 9 ways to fight the spread of the Caronavirus or Convid19.

1. Avoid crowded places

Large crowds during flu-season could lead to people catching flu or the common cold. The Caronavirus is no different. With large crowds of people also comes the potential of catching a cold or flu.

2. Avoid eating out

Whenever the Conronavisrus reaches your town or city, state officials and local Authority will likely shut down most fast-food and casual restaurants for safety measures. However, that doesn't mean that you're safe from the spread of Caronavirus while they're still open to the public. Your best line of defense would be to cook at home and steer clear from crowded restaurants.

3.Avoid shopping at crowded malls

When you're in a crowded mall or space while shopping, are you aware what you're breathing into your body? Simply by everyone walking around talking among themselves at the mall, you're actually exhaling out air that rapidly spreads toxins and vapors that contain germs and other forms of bacteria. Flu like germs could accumulate into the atmosphere and near your proximity. This is likely how the Convid19 spread in Wuhan and how thousands of people ended up getting sick. Download apps like Instacart to get groceries delivered to you or buy most essential items on Amazon.

4. Wash your hands

It's always a good idea to wash your hands during flu season as well whenever a potential global virus pandemic lurks near. One trick with washing your hands is rubbing soap from the back, and palm of your hands as you count to 20. An easier technique would be to sing happy birthday while scrubbing and rubbing your hands together in warm water. Make sure to get in between your fingers , your palms and back within a 20 minute rotation before drying your hands. After you've completed scrubbing your hands thoroughly, dry hands with paper towel. Try to avoid the use of air dryer as they spread harmful bacteria and germs lurking microscopically in the air molecules of the bathroom.

5. Use hand sanitizer and disinfection wipes

As an extra precaution, bring a small bottle of hand sanitizer with you wherever you're met with public surfaces like door handles or tables. Disinfecting wipes are also a good alternative to quickly wipe your hands. Try to avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth to lessen the chances of catching the flu or Convid19.

6. Wear Face Mask

By Ani Kolleshi on Unsplash

Wearing a face mask prevents you from breathing in contagious toxins in the air that usually spreads germs and other harmful bacteria into your immune system. If your city or town has already been hit with Convid19, then don't hesitate to wear a face mask for extra precaution. People may be scared of you and foolishly assume you also have Caronavirus, but at least you have some form of defense against getting sick or catching a flu-like fever.

7.Don't travel Air-bound

By Suhyeon Choi on Unsplash

If you're planning to travel right now, i'd advise against it. Remember that air travel is the most sure way in catching a flu or Covid19. Because planes rely on cabin circulated oxygen from tanks while 36,000 feet in air, blood pressure rises and tighter flow of oxygen enters into a closed atmosphere. Because of the dependence of tank oxygen, germs spread and rotate within the cabin and get inhaled by hundreds of passengers while in-flight. This increases your chances of getting sick by other passengers, even by those sitting 6 rolls away from you in economy. If a passenger happens to be affected by Caronavirus, then it's likely that everyone else might also catch the virus shortly after.

8. Avoid shaking hands

Shaking hands is yet another invitation of catching a flu or cold. Instead, why not fist bump or elbow bump one another. This assures that both parties don't catch a flu or get sick.

9. Don't touch surfaces

Don't touch surfaces located in crowded places and if you do, wear latex gloves.
