every morning is a beautiful morning

We have no idea how our day will turn out: whether it will be fruitful and good, or dismal and unpleasant. We may, however, influence this; after all, what and how we do in the morning, according to physicians and psychologists, determines a great deal.

Allow more light to enter the space!

Did you aware that natural light has an effect on a person's weight? This is the conclusion reached by researchers at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. Doctors aren't sure why this happens, but they believe it's because light synchronises a person's biological clock.

According to studies, the optimal time to sunbathe is between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. If there is no or very little sun in the morning, a malfunction develops in the body, which, unfortunately, can severely influence the metabolism and cause the development of excess weight.

Expose your face and body to sun rays for at least 20 minutes in the morning to properly establish your biological clock. Drinking your morning cup of coffee on the street is recommended by experts. If you don't have the option to do so, try to have breakfast in front of the window. And don't forget to ventilate the room first - let fresh air to permeate all corners of your dwelling!

Don't forget to drink a glass of water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach!

Digestive wastes, or poisons and toxins, deposit on the walls of the gastrointestinal tract during night, when our body is sleeping and its systems and organs are operating with minimum energy demand. Drink a glass of water to wash them away and prepare the gastrointestinal tract for fresh daily loads. Furthermore, according to Leslie Bonzi, head of the sports nutrition department at the University of Pittsburgh's Sports Medicine Treatment Center, drinking plain, clean water on an empty stomach in the morning offers a person enthusiasm and power for an active work day.

When the body lacks fluids, it becomes fatigued, sweats more, and may even induce headaches.

In the morning, drink at least one glass of pure, clean water. After that, your breakfast should be ready in 20-30 minutes. On an empty stomach, drink raw water with honey to fortify the body's defences and calm the nervous system. Also, if you do not have stomach problems, you may add lemon to the water - this drink will stimulate you for the entire day while also helping to cleanse blood vessels and arteries.

Exercise on an empty stomach is ineffective

How do you get a good start to your day? Of course, with a fee! This, however, should not be done on an empty stomach. First and foremost, you simply cannot do effectively in the early activities that need utmost dedication if you are hungry. Second, fat stores are not destroyed at this time, but the muscles are subjected to damaging stress. This can result in a loss of energy and a sense of persistent weariness.

Before you begin a workout (or, better yet, 15-20 minutes before you begin), "feed" your body with simple carbs, which will provide it with strength and energy.

Simple carbs are quickly absorbed by the body, so you won't feel bloated while activity. So, before charging, you may simply have half an avocado or a banana with a cracker.

A good breakfast is essential for a productive day

The human body requires a certain number of calories in the morning. And if you had a little snack prior to participating in sports, you should eat more completely thereafter (ideally after 30 minutes, if you are not in a rush to get to work). If morning workouts aren't for you, start with a proper breakfast rather than a snack.

According to experts at the University of Texas at Austin, it is preferable to have at least 30 grammes of protein (protein) in breakfast. This will allow you to go a long period without feeling hungry, which is very useful for individuals trying to lose weight.

However, consuming more than 30 g at once is not recommended since protein in high quantities is poorly absorbed by the body. According to previous research, persons who eat adequate protein at breakfast (but not more than what we have stated) have a 4 percent higher metabolic rate than the average, which has a positive influence on well-being and weight.

Want to know if you've eaten enough food for breakfast? The best way to do this is to make your own oatmeal. Why is oatmeal good for breakfast? Oatmeal is rich in protein, so eating it in the morning will give you one of the healthiest and most satisfying meals. You can add cinnamon, honey, apples or walnuts to oatmeal (half a cup of oatmeal is enough).

Eggs for breakfast are also a great idea. Previously, it was believed that chicken eggs are a harmful product, since they contribute to the accumulation of "bad" cholesterol in the body, but modern studies show that this is not so - on the contrary, with moderate consumption, eggs are very useful (they contain about twelve essential vitamins and a huge amount microelements). In addition, according to the latest research, they reduce the risk of obesity. Doctors recommend eating no more than 2-3 eggs in the morning.

Smile!

Psychologists recommend that you begin your day with a grin. Even if you started off to a bad start, try to force a grin out of yourself - experts say it will make you feel better and maybe enhance your mood.

Begin by just smiling at yourself in the mirror, then choose the brightest, rainbow-colored dinnerware for breakfast to set the tone for an upbeat mindset.

If nothing else makes you happy, think about anything nice, listen to your favourite music, and imagine that everything will go well for you today, and that the new day will bring you many exciting meetings and events.
