You can survive without eating but without water, you can’t spend even one day. Why because water is a natural medicine for your body. 2-Daily exercise for five minutes

The body needs daily exercise for the warmup because the more you will relax Your muscles more you will feel lazy. Exercise works as stimulation for boosting your body and will you healthy and fit. It will keep you mentally and physically fit. Moreover, exercises will maintain your body weight and keeps you fit for a longer time. Exercise can be real energy for healthy people and those suffering from various medical conditions. Blood circulation inside your body is very important to the brain and helps brain health and memory. For older adults, it will help protect mental function.

3- Healthy food

Due to the busy routine in our life, we prefer not to eat healthy food but we simply choose fast food which is never a better option for our health. Most of the problem we face is due to the disturbed stomach and the main source for this is fast food. For better health add vegetables and fruits to your daily life that will help you to maintain good health because these are natural and pure ingredients. Vegetable contains vitamin, antioxidant, and mineral and essential for your better health.

4- Remove toxic material

Every single person today is using some kind of toxic material on daily basis. Just like smoking, alcohol, drugs, and more stuff like this are spoiling our health at a toxic level. Replace such kind of thing with some healthy food. Lung Cancer, heart attack are major problems we faced due to this toxic material. It’s quite hard to quit at once but try to reduce its consumption and you will be able to quit one day. Remember, it’s quite important for your body fitness.
