It is hard to stay thin with all these delicious foods being displayed everywhere. When you look online, you see food posted on everything. When you watch TV, it is food, food and more food. When you go out, what do you see? Food!!! It is everywhere you look, which makes it extremely hard for us to diet. How are you supposed to quit eating so much when all you see is food?

Not to mention, quarantine. I have really packed on some pounds since we all got locked down. Everyone I know has some story of how much more they have all been eating. Food is one of the main trending topics. This year has started out as a very "BIG" year, so to speak. If it is not one thing helping you to gain weight it is definitely another.

It is difficult to diet in 2020, but now, with these weight loss tricks, it seems a lot easier to lose that unwanted weight. I have compiled a few things that might just help you shed a few pounds. I have tried and loved all of these and you will love them too. Maybe my findings might be able to help you slim down, they sure helped me. It never hurts to try, so let's go…..

Peanut Butter

Serotonin helps your body to regulate sleep. To help produce this naturally, eat a spoonful of peanut butter every night before going to sleep. This will help you burn more calories while sleeping. Peanut butter has tryptophan, you may know this from turkey, which has the same. Tryptophan helps your body produce serotonin which in turn helps you sleep. Unlike most weight loss tricks, you can eat this before bed. Plus, peanut butter tastes awesome and it is very healthy when used correctly.

Water

Drinking water helps suppress your appetite. It has no calories so be sure to drink plenty of water. Make sure you drink 2 glasses (17oz) of water before eating to help burn calories and also, reduce your calorie intake for an hour after drinking. Especially if you drink water instead of drinks containing sugar. It may not create a "big" difference in weight loss but if used correctly it can help you succeed.

Eggs

Eating eggs for breakfast has revealed good results when it comes to weight loss. Eating 2 eggs in the morning instead can definitely aid in losing weight. If you struggle with high cholesterol, I suggest avoiding this trick, as eggs have been known to raise cholesterol. When eaten properly they can, however, have beneficial results in losing weight.

Nutritional Shake

Drinking a nutritional shake for breakfast and lunch to replace a meal can help you take off many pounds. It is a great way to get the nutrition your body needs without all of the calories. Each shake has everything you need to make it through to your next meal packed in a small package. I suggest eating one full meal a day with one shake for breakfast and one for lunch. This will maximize your chances of losing that extra weight. Plus, they taste absolutely amazing. This is how I have suppressed my appetite for years.

Apples

Apples are a natural low calorie food. They also are very nutritious and taste delicious. If you get hungry in between meals, snack on an apple instead. Eating an apple can make you feel full so you do not want more, and more. Plus, they are quick and easy. So, for one of those quick, must haves, an apple is definitely the way to go. Eating an apple a day is highly recommended.

So, go ahead and try some or all of these weight loss tricks. You never know which one will work best for your body until you try. These are all healthy and natural weight loss techniques that I, personally, have used and approved. Hopefully, these weight loss tricks will help you too. Good luck all!!! 🤗
