As technology is becoming a bigger part of our lives we can start using it to benefit our health. Now that technology has advanced medical-grade technology is becoming available to regular consumers, so we can start using that technology to change or even save our lives. There are many smart health products out there from a stress monitoring headband to a self-cleaning water bottle, but all of them can benefit us in one way or another.
