It's easy to want to stay in your pajamas all day when working from home, but making time to exercise will not only make you feel better physically, but mentally as well. Luckily, there are a ton of free online resources to find great workouts. From YouTube channels with follow-along workouts to blogs with easy-to-follow guides, if there's a workout you enjoy, you can probably find a class for it online.

These are some of my favorite online workouts that I've found. What I like about having a variety of different platforms and mediums to choose from is that it keeps the workouts interesting and customizable to what I'm feeling that day. Want to listen to your own music and just have a written guide to follow? Check out a blog post. Want to watch a trainer show you how to do the moves like you're in a group workout class? Follow along a YouTube video.

Here are my top 10 free online workout resources with a variety of classes, ranging from deep stretches, breathing techniques, yoga, pilates, HIIT, body toning and cardio workouts.
