It's a great way to start your day.

You can make a pitcher ahead of time, so pour and enjoy all you have to do.

And it's low in calories too: 80 per serving.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 cup boiling water

1 tsp honey or sugar substitute

Fresh fennel leaves (optional)

Mint sprigs (optional)

Directions In a small bowl, mix lime juice and boiling water until well blended; stir in honey or sugar substitute if desired.

2) Carrot Ginger Cleanse Juice

This is a great way to start your day as it fills you up and hydrates your body, and flushes out toxins.

In one glass of carrot juice

blend 1⁄2 cup raw grated carrots.

2 oranges were peeled and cut into wedges.

1 lemon cut into wedges, and 1⁄2 piece of fresh ginger root.

If needed, add water to get the desired consistency.

You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.

For added flavor, enjoy with a sprig of parsley or mint and cinnamon powder if desired (add about 1⁄4 tsp per serving).

3) Papaya Pineapple Ginger Lime Juice
