Drink Tea,Lose Weight!

Sounds weird right?! Well it's a thing. A cup of tea with a spoonful of sugar or honey in the morning was something that my grandma always placed on my bedside table in the morning. Natural unsweetened tea is never a kid's go to in the morning. However after starting college and quickly developing symptoms like brain fog, bloating and lethargy, it became clear why the natural detox tea was such a staple in my grandma's diet.

Tea in the morning is a way for the body to rehydrate after a good night's sleep.

Many people are not fans of tea, a great alternative to tea in the morning is lukewarm water with a little lemon. This will help the body feel refreshed in the morning.

Detox tea, helps with weight loss and rehydration. Many people wonder how can a something like tea can help promote weight loss. The thing is teas have a flavanol called catechins which helps your body boost metabolism naturally, this in turn accelerates the rate at which the body burns fat.

Think of natural detox tea as a fat blaster!
