Winter is a season where we have to be very careful about maintaining our body temperature. Cold weather can cause a lot of health problems if precautions are not taken against it.

This article will focus on how to keep the body warm in winter naturally and prevent such problems such as pneumonia, high blood pressure, lung infections and more. I hope this article will come handy for those living in regions where winters are quite harsh and they face these health risks most often during this season.

The best way to keep the body warm in winter naturally is by layering your clothes. You can wear extra layers of clothing which you remove as you become hot or sweat during the day time. https://www.kotatsutable.org/blog/how-to-keep-body-warm-naturally-in-winter/

If you live in a country like India where winters aren't so harsh, then you can wear a couple of layers of clothes and remove them as required.

For every one who lives in cold countries facing harsh winters, they should wear a minimum of three layers in order to keep themselves warm in winter. The first layer is the thermal underwear, also called base layer.

This is usually made from polyester or cotton materials which are meant to absorb moisture from our body quickly and release it outside so that we don't feel sweaty inside the clothing.

In addition to this, wearing a thermal innerwear will provide insulation against the harsh weather conditions since these types of innerwears have microfibers which trap warm air inside around the body without letting it escape outside.

The second layer should be a shirt or sweater made from wool, fleece or any other warm materials. This should be worn over the thermal underwear in order to trap more warm air around our body, but it should also allow easy passage of moisture outside the clothes.

The last layer is the outerwear which usually consists of a coat, jacket or shawl. This can be worn over all layers depending on weather conditions and how cold it feels outside during winter time.

Note that dressing warm for winters will not only keep us healthy enough throughout this period but will also help prevent common diseases including asthma, flu, colds , inflammation of the throat etcetera. If you are experiencing any chilly conditions during winter time then take note of these tips below :

Covering yourself with at least three layers of clothing is one thing that can be done to keep warm during winter. Make sure these layers are thin enough but thick enough to trap the heat inside.

The first layer should consist of an innerwear which you need to wear next to your skin. This should be made up of 100% pure cotton material so as not to irritate or cause allergies on your skin during cold weather conditions .

Make sure this shirt is easy for you to move around in freely because it will help prevent feeling restricted and stiff while trying hard movements.

From here, the second layer could consist of a t-shirt , pullover or jumper . This too should be made up purely from cotton materials but make sure it is long sleeved. Again, make sure it does not create any discomfort by irritating or catching in to any hairs on your skin.

The third layer should consist of the outside layer . For this, choose a jacket that is wind proof and waterproof. It should also be large enough to enable you but not too loose fitting so as to prevent feeling restricted .

This kind of jacket will help retain body heat within the clothing system while protecting it from becoming cold externally through wind chill.

Next, you need to look out for boots , these must be manufactured from leather material with good grips on the soles (snow / frozen surface can become slippery).

Make sure these are sufficiently thick form of footwear because they will help retain warm air within whilst walking around outdoor during wintery conditions where snow could be anywhere.

Don't forget to bring a pair of winter gloves that are suitable depending on the weather conditions during your trip out which have been manufactured from quality materials so as not to fall apart in the cold conditions, they need to fit snuggly but not too tight because you will need to operate equipment such as mobile phones should there be an emergency situation.

Finally, for head wear , this could be anything that keeps the top part of your body covered and protected from harsh winds or frosts i.e woolen hat or scarf.

The combination of these clothing items (mentioned above) will help keep your whole body warm in winter naturally by creating a barrier between external elements and yourself .
