Live updates on the Israel-Hamas war: according to IDF footage, a tunnel is visible beneath Al-Shifa Hospital
Our knowledge Negotiators from the United States, Israel, and Hamas are getting close to reaching an agreement that would see some of the hostages taken during the terrorist attack on October 7 released in exchange for a halt to hostilities, sources involved with the talks told NBC News. However, they caution that nothing concrete has been agreed upon yet. The U.S. stated that negotiations for a settlement were ongoing. The World Health Organization has declared that Al-Shifa, which was formerly Gaza's primary hospital, is now a "death zone" and no longer serves as a medical facility. The location, which has come to represent the suffering of Palestinians under Israeli attack, was open for inspection by officials. A scarcity of fuel for their incubators caused concern over the destiny of thirty-one "very sick" preterm newborns in Al-Shifa, prompting an international evacuation. Following Israel's invasion of the hospital, hundreds of patients and employees have left; nonetheless, as Israel gets ready to advance its offensive farther into the enclave, southern Gaza is still under heavy shelling. The IDF reported that footage from the Shin Bet security service and the IDF today reveals a portion of a 55-meter-long tunnel that Hamas used to hide under the Al-Shifa hospital. Both Hamas and hospital employees have disputed that they run a command center beneath the hospital, but we were unable to independently confirm the video, the specifics of what it was purported to depict, or the IDF's allegations. The most recent national NBC News survey indicates that a sizable majority of American voters are dissatisfied with President Joe Biden's handling of foreign policy and the Israel-Hamas conflict. Democrats are the group most affected, with the majority of them thinking Israel's military intervention in Gaza has gone too far.

Unmasking The Root Cause of Manager-Staff Discontent
According to a popular handbook for managers written years ago, a good manager motivates others by "encouraging ambition, the desire to achieve, and a wish to contribute to the collective good of the business". This was followed by a list of qualities regarded as important to this role (like being decisive, setting high standards and defining responsibility). No doubt, those are useful pre-requisites for leading and engaging others, but concentrating on just those qualities assume that all managers start from the same point with the same perspectives. Unfortunately, they don't, for a simple but crucial reason.

Stop–Edit–Continue
A hot topic of conversation in today’s society is called cancel culture. It’s prevalent in every country and every society. Lately, every other month, a new atrocity is brought to light. Schools were supposedly set up by religious organizations to help indigenous children transition from a past culture to a new social structure. What these schools were in reality were concentration camps.
