How to win the fight with TIME
Every day we have 24 hours to achieve everything we set out to do. But most of the time we lose the fight against the clock for various reasons that upset the entire established program of activities, and implicitly the plan to achieve the proposed objectives. Today we say that we do not have time, tomorrow this excuse will be replaced by another and the cycle can be repeated indefinitely until the consequences of failure to complete the tasks on time, will be directed at us.

If Russia Were to Use a Nuclear Weapon Against Ukraine, France Would Not Retaliate as a Member of NATO ?
It is important to keep in mind that NATO will not hold off to see if the nuclear bomb works or not because the policy dictates that a retaliatory strike will be launched soon after a launch.

What Exactly is a Hybrid Workplace Model, and How Does it Function?
A hybrid workplace paradigm combines in-office and remote work to provide employees with flexibility and support. Employees in a hybrid workplace often have more autonomy and a better work-life balance, and as a result, they are more engaged. Building a more productive, healthy, and stable workforce benefits employers.

European leaders’ ideals are More Aspirational than Realistic When Come to Finding Solutions to the Energy Crisis
The highest-ranking officials in the EU have been toiling away around the clock in an effort to devise a long-term solution to the worsening energy crisis. On the other hand, they do not anticipate that their current strategy will result in fruitful long-term results as now the situation has gotten worst since the bombardment of Ukraine in the last week .

Living with routines but not methodically
Ever since the pandemic started I've been living the same life, like on autopilot. I wake up at 5 AM, work out, shower, then sit down at my desk to write, check my emails, update my blog, or simply read articles and do research. Then I’d head out, run some errands, come home, shower, cook, watch TV, nap, wake up and spend the afternoon reading or worrying about things beyond my control. (Of course, I must mention that spending time talking to my best friends is an amazing way to spend pieces of my days and I’m always looking forward to it.) The thing is, this cycle of activities has been on repeat and I didn't notice. Too distracted on automatic to notice.

I Started A Podcast
I am super excited to announce, that I have a podcast! My podcast name is On Air With Danielle Gray I have wanted to make a podcast since the podcast, actually longer than that. Well I continue to write my memoir, I wanted to share my story with an audience. As an aspiring public speaker, I also has a difficult time finding speaking gigs. So I figured since I wasn’t getting opportunities, I would make them for myself. I am also looking forward to expanding my podcast on YouTube as well. I want to be able to reach as many people as possible. Since I was in my 20s, I have dreamed about being a public speaker and author. I use to have such realistic dreams of myself on a stage, speaking with an audience of people, giving them an uplifting positive speech about my life experiences. Showing up for people who, are probably just like me. Who feel invisible, not worthy and not enough or many even too much.

What more do I have to do?
First of all, I am not whining about being a writer. I know it'll sound as if I am. In actuality it is years of frustration that has built up over the years. Let me start off by saying, being a writer is one of the hardest occupations to have. You have so many stories in your head that need to be put onto a page. Yet writing them down does not come easy. I published my first book about 7 years ago. I had to self-publish, which has had minimum results. Now mind you, I finished writing my 1st book over 20 years before that. I have spent the majority of that time trying to find a publisher that would publish an unagented author. I tried many avenues. Knowing that finding an agent is even more difficult than finding a publisher. I decided to go the self-publishing route. Even going with self-publishing, I couldn't pay for all I wanted to do with my book. I could not set up book signings with my local book sellers, because every time I tried I either missed the regional manager or they would take my info and of course never hear from the regional manager. I couldn't pay for promotions or book events. I am a blue-collar work by force not because I wanted to be. So naturally, I struggle with money in this economy.
