REAL NAME:

Umar Adamu Sarki.

BACKGROUND:

He hails from Jalingo Local government, he was born in Turaki A ward into the family of a renowned politician known as Late. Alh. Adamu Sunkani. His father was a politician who has held different political position within Taraba State, started as a CNC State Chairman in 1997 and as a PDP State Chairman in 1999.

EDUCATION:

Sarki Adamu attended Model Primary School where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate, he was enrolled into Government Day Secondary School Jalingo. He joined Taraba State University and obtained his Bsc. Political Science.

Grew up in a close-knit community that instilled in his the values of compassion, fairness, and equality. His childhood experiences of witnessing social disparities and injustices fueled her desire to make a difference. He pursued higher education, obtaining a degree in Political Science from a prestigious university. During his academic years, he actively engaged in community service initiatives, further nurturing his desire to serve the public.

CAREER:

Started his career as a security personnel in The Nigeria Police Force and have worked for several years before tendering his resignation to join politics. He was appointed as the Taraba State campaign coordinator for Kwankwaso's presidential ambition.

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS:

Sarki is a populist who has gained wide-ranging support from various groups of individuals and organizations. As a politician, he has helped many people in different capacities. He has secured jobs for numerous youths, particularly in the Nigeria Police Force and other government parastatals. He has also empowered one hundred women with entry-level jobs, providing each of them with ten thousand naira (₦10,000). Additionally, he has shown support for sports by distributing jerseys and balls to fifty different teams. Sarki is a young and vibrant individual involved in both business and politics.
