After graduating from college, I joined the planning department of a company to work, where I learned some knowledge that is not in the books.

In the past, the planning department developed some activity plans, approved by the company's top leadership, in the implementation of some heavyweights often due to temporary changes in the decision, we need to readjust, we feel very innocent and helpless, so it is inevitable that the heart of the complaints.

But since the arrival of our new boss, Manager Zhang, his words and actions have made us change.

Once, our company and three outside companies jointly held a large cultural gala, but also on-site award evaluation. Originally, the awards and prizes were planned and prepared. But in the carnival, several bosses of other enterprises see the staff performance is excellent, almost a bit of amateur talent professional level of taste, the heart of a happy, asked the first, second and third prize each increased by one, so that not only buy back the honorary certificate cover, prizes are not enough, and we also have to print the certificate content and prize level stickers. Look at the back of only four programs, the gala should come to award time, we planning department plus the manager a total of four people, the face of this sudden change is really anxious, I and the other two colleagues can not help but grumble and complain. But manager Zhang but a calm face, he smiled and patted our shoulders, reassured us and said, "It's okay, do not worry, do not panic, we do a good job of division of labor, together to solve." So, one person was sent to the store to buy honorary certificate covers and prizes, one person stayed at the scene responsible for taking pictures, and he and I immediately went to the office to print the certificate content, cut and seal the prize level stickers. Finally, after a lot of work, all the new certificates and prizes were ready before the last show. The company leaders were surprised that the event, which had a temporary change in the middle, was not a problem in our department and was held very successfully.

Afterwards, our colleagues were having a small drink together. I talked about this matter, asked the manager how Zhang did not complain at that time, if the previous manager encountered this matter, would have jumped up. He took a sip of tea, looked at me, smiled, and said: "encounter this kind of unexpected things, do not panic, always find a way to solve, rather than full of complaints to do, it is better to use the positive attitude to face, the former because of the impact of emotions, but also may be wrong, then half the effort, and the latter is a good attitude, perhaps twice the effort. Moreover, this can also exercise their own crisis management ability, for personal life experience to accumulate experience ah." After listening to his words, we all nodded in agreement.

In the future work, through the exchange with other department managers, more let me understand, managers must not go in front of the subordinates to vent the complaints of the boss, otherwise, this bad mood will spread like a plague, the subordinates are infected, the work is not in the mood, the team performance will be reduced.

In short, there are always more solutions than problems, when you encounter problems, do not panic, do not avoid, do not complain, but with a positive attitude to deal with, can always be properly resolved.
