The Half-Price Heist: How a £15.64 Payout Shrank into a Tragic £7.54 Ghost Town
The screen glowed in the quiet, dimly lit room with the cruel, mocking irony of a modern digital mirage: £15.64, proudly presented as the absolute crown jewel of the Stripe Express dashboard. It was a monument to effort, a small token of validation, and a desperately needed financial cushion designed to soften the sharp, jagged edges of the household budget. It wasn’t a royal fortune by any stretch of the imagination, but every single hard-earned penny had a specific job to do, a place to go, and a vital purpose to serve in the grand orchestration of daily life.

The Man Who Was Almost on Carson
Marty Blevins has spent thirty-eight years in comedy, or thirty-six, depending on whether you count the insurance years he claims were spent “developing material.” He calls himself a veteran of the late-night circuit, a pioneer of observational humor, and a performer whose career was once personally affected by the Amazing Kreskin. The Pompous Post dispatched field correspondent Gerald P. Whitcomb to interview Marty ahead of his set at the Chuckle Bucket, a comedy club sandwiched between a tire store and a building that used to be a tire store.

The Impractical Jokers review
The Impractical Jokers otherwise known as the Tenderloins is a damn hilarious comedy trio who have a successful prank comedy show on Tru tv, sometimes I leave the television on Impractical Jokers all day. The Impractical Jokers are Q, Sal, and Murr. There used to be a fourth Joe but he left the show for personal reasons however Joe and the rest of the boys are still friends and although Joe is not on screen he is still involved with the show. At the start of each show there is always a warning or a disclaimer that the impractical jokers are four lifelong friends who compete to embarrass eachother and actually they have been and remain real life long friends who like the disclaimer says that the impractical jokers are just that and the show is chock full of graphic stupidity and hilarious comedy gold.

The Mathematics Are Clearly Not Mathing
Humanity has accomplished some impressive things. We have split the atom, mapped the human genome, landed machines on Mars, photographed black holes, and created tiny computers powerful enough to access virtually all accumulated human knowledge while sitting on the toilet.

Beasts of Burden
There was a time when romance required very little infrastructure. At twenty-three, you could meet somebody at a party, stay out until two in the morning, eat something from a food truck whose health inspection certificate appeared to have been printed during the Carter administration, and then fall asleep on a couch containing three failed springs and a decorative pillow shaped like a beer can. You woke up six hours later feeling terrific, and went to work without showering.
