How to lose fat, quick and simple.
There are many misconceptions on loosing fat and it is understandable if it is all too confusing. 1. Calorie deficit Despite what you may believe, the calorie deficit is by far the easiest and most simple way to loose fat quick. When you eat more calories than you need, your body stores the extra calories as body fat. The simple way around this is to do the exact opposite and consume less calories than used. By doing this you can use up the energy stored as body fat (this is because body fat stores are only used in caloric deficits) and not create any more body fat stores. The average male uses 2500 calories in a day however this varies per person so you should count your calories and figure out how much you burn so you can know how many calories it takes to maintain your current body weight. After knowing this you can eat around 500 calories less and you should see results in a matter of weeks or even days.
