Movies are great sources of entertainment which have strong power to control our perceptions

Seeing is one of the most powerful senses humans are endowed with. What we see becomes our perception. It can happen consciously or subconsciously. Our seeing has a significant influence on our thinking, behavior and actions. Movies are no exceptions. We love to watch movies of our favorite actors and actresses. Movie lovers watch a lot of movies regularly irrespective of content, stories and artists.

Movies have a strong impact on building our perceptions because these are something we like to watch. What we love to do enters almost subconsciously into our perceptions and thereby permanently remain in our lifestyles. For example, A general tendency can be seen in the young fellows that they are passionate to follow their loving artists. They want to copy how the actors or actresses talk, dress or behave.

Violence in Movies is reported to instigate criminal acts in real lives.

Most of the movies are produced for entertainment. Certainly, there are moral teachings in many. It is also true that there is violent and devastative content as well. It is evident in many studies that a few movies containing serious conflicts and violence encourage many young men to choose the path of committing severe crimes.

Movies are good sources of entertainment for all of us. But these become more effective for us when we are aware of the aftermath which it has on us after watching. Moreover, it also gives us the consciousness that it is only for our enjoyment and not applicable to practical lives.

Movies most of the time contain stories for entertainment only

There is nothing wrong with watching lots of our favorite movies but problems start to occur when we emulate similar stories in our lives. Our lives are full of almost similar stories. Movies also talk about living stories containing problems and solutions. We tend to think sometimes that all the solutions are fitting for our own problems, making severe mistakes that only intensify the magnitude of the problems. There are also lots of cinemas that portrait the real picture of chronic problems like climate change and create consciousness among billions. The point of judgment is in us which to watch and which to avoid consciously.

There is a common intention among young generations to copy and paste their loving heroes and heroines. One important thing is to note here that what the artists reflect on the movie screen is not their own life stories. Their practical life is completely different which is behind the scene and can not be seen most of the time. There is genuine doubt about youngsters' likings regarding these loving artists' true practical lives. Similarly, the costumes that the actors and actresses put on during their acting are only for the sake of entertainment in that particular story.

Movie and real-life are different.

Every single human being is a unique and the most dignified creature having all the endowments. But if an individual tries to copy something obsessively, which is not real, it may lead to severe inferiority complexes, resulting in low self-confidence in inner unique qualities and reduced self-esteem. Lots of movies contain unreal and imaginary stories which have serious implications on the children as they learn to think of those as real from their early childhood. But in reality, it is not. The consequence may be frustration, depression or lack of true courage to face real-life problems.

We must not forget one thing that entertaining pursuits are full of the emotion "surprise". We love to be surprised from the beginning till the end. The producers are also apt to do that with a satisfying and soothing conclusion, which generally includes attachment emotions like love, joy, attachments or excitements. There is no denying the fact that these are essential elements of good entertainment. But we must keep in mind that we should not copy and paste, what we love to watch, indiscriminately in our lives without any considerations.
