When February the 14th comes around the corner, the pressure to become a sappy and romantic human becomes overwhelming. However, there is no need for this. Valentine's Day can be celebrated with your significant other without feeling the need to portray your love and tell them you couldn't live without them.

Instead of falling into this pattern, discover one of the many ways to show the person you love what you mean to them, without being someone you're not.

We have come up with a list of the top ten cards for couples who aren't cheesy. While still being meaningful, you can give these cards with a smirk on your face, and the confidence that it will not only fit your relationship, but make your Valentine's Day the best one yet.

To start off our list of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy, we had to give a tribute to those thousands of couples who have met on Tinder, or any other dating app. This card is a funny nudge at the way you two met, while still giving you the chance to write your own personalized message inside.

In all honesty, them swiping right on your profile changed your life, and though it might not seem like the ideal way to meet, it brought the two of you together. The two of you did all the hard work to make it last. "Thanks for swiping right" actually does say a lot, but it's a funny and non-cheesy way to say you're thankful for them being in your life.

This option is an entire card set, produced by Urban Outfitters. As one of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy, this set includes all of you and your partner's favorite internet memes.

These hilarious graphics will not only make your partner laugh, but relay a love note, fitting the Valentine's occasion. One card includes Harambe asking your significant other, "Will you be my haram bae?" and plenty more opportunities to spread the love.

There's definitely no cheese with this Valentine's Day card. Labeled as a card for introverts, Zazzle's greeting card says, "I hate everyone but you!" in a very classic red and white design.

A funny and certainly not mushy card, this option is still somewhat sweet, if you think about it. Being a picky person when it comes to keeping people close to you is often a theme with introverts.

But to a significant other, it's flattering that you want to spend all your time with them. To make things a bit less shocking, add your own "I love you" in the inside of the blank card, as there's plenty of space.

"Turns out, I love you more than I originally planned" is the perfect card for a couple who might have just started dating. Hey, we've all been there. Maybe when you first met your partner, you had no idea what they would mean to you. Or maybe, you just flat out disliked them.

If that's the case, they're probably aware, and this card is more personalized than you think. As one of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy, if you read between the lines, this card says, "I like you a lot," without being completely blatant.

Being in a relationship, one of your main jobs as a partner is to annoy your significant other. With this duty, your alternative job is to remind them how much they annoy you. With this in mind, reminding them that they make you happy, but to an annoying extent, is the perfect way to acknowledge your dynamic.

An almost cute way to tell your partner that they bring you joy daily, this card is lacking the gross cheese that more Valentine's Day cards unfortunately have. Plus, it does so in a cheeky way, perfect for a couple who pokes fun at each other.

Next on our list of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy is a card that works effortlessly with the dynamic we described in the previous card.

The card says, "Here's a little card to say... just how much I have enjoyed pissing you off, and how much I am looking forward to doing it even more in the future. Love you." But really, you're saying, "Here's a little card to say... just how much I have enjoyed spending all of my time with you, and how much I am looking forward to creating more memories with you in the future. I love you."

A much more whimsical way to say this, but still a somewhat meaningful and witty card to give, this card is perfect for the non-cheesy couple who still wants to remind each other how much they love them.

From far away, the Valentine's Day card says, "YOU SUCK," but really, it says, "Life without you would really suck." A funny, but still somewhat adorable way to say "I love you," this card ensures that there will be zero cheese on your Valentine's Day.

As a couple who might not want to be lovey-dovey just for a Hallmark holiday, this greeting card has the perfect amount of shock factor, while still remaining a bit sentimental. Because life really would suck without your partner. Found on Zazzle, the inside of the card is blank, and leaves the opportunity to write your own personalized message, without using someone else's words.

Verging the edge of insulting, but still hilarious, this card features two stick figures, one with a heart in his hand offering it to the other. The top of the card says, "You'll do," as the stick figure sighs. As one of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy, you're still implying that your significant other has your heart, and that's cheesy enough for you.

To combat this cheese, the witty phrase reminds your partner that even when you're telling them you love them, you still get to poke fun. To make up for the insult, write your own Valentine's message, and remind them that they are the owner of your heart, no matter what you say.

If your relationship has a dynamic that revolves around harmless bickering, this is the perfect card for you. The two of you might be crazy, but at least you're crazy for each other. The two hearts are seen verbally fighting, as one even points their finger aggressively at the other.

The two are arguing over who loves the other most. But hey, at least it's a great argument to have. Perfect for the non-cheesy couple, this card is a reminder that you do love your partner, but you want to remind them in a playful way. Plus, it even comes in classic red and pink colors.

To complete our list of the best cards for couples who aren't cheesy, we had to give a tribute to those couples who suffer through sleepless nights due to their partner's loud snoring. A funny poke at their sleeping habits, saying "I love you even when you snore," is actually a very sweet thing to say, while still remaining funny. Think about it, if your significant other still loves you, even while you rip her from her dreams, they must really adore you.

You're sure to get an eye roll or two with this one, but at least the "even when you snore" is in small lettering. The most important part is, you love them, and you're willing to put up with their sleeping habits. Maybe even tape on a handy nose strip to the inside.
