It’s been some time since we lost our beloved T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) due to colon cancer but the memories of him will remain with us forever.

The death of Chadwick Boseman was a great loss to us as his fans and the Hollywood industry.

To give him a tribute, here I wrote the story of his influence and some facts about him only a few people know.

His Influence on Others

Young people became huge fans of Chadwick after the big character he played in Marvel Movies Universe.

The release of "Black Panther" in 2018 created a groundswell of pride and deep conversation about Black history, contribution, and influence.

It was because of how Boseman brought T'Challa to life.

Recognition and respect of the big Boseman influence, from real-life trailblazers to comic book storytelling.

More than an actor, Boseman was a trailblazer, an activist, and a hero to so many of the Black community.

His brilliance as an actor and passion for his community translated into captivating performances as Black heroes and icons like Robinson, Brown, and Marshall.

He chose roles that uplifted and celebrated Black voices, and the true magnitude of his impact can be seen most clearly in his role as T’Challa in “Black Panther.”

Boseman will be remembered and cherished as a superhero off-screen as much as he was on.

Facts about Boseman

An iconic role can change your life, but it doesn’t define a person. Particularly when that person is as interesting and multifaceted as Chadwick Boseman.

Here are some facts about Chadwick Boseman:

Didn't have to audition for his role in Black Panther

Like other Marvel actors, he didn't have to audition for the role of Black Panther. The first of these films was "Captain America: Civil War". Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth were among the actors who audition for their roles in this film, but the same did not apply for Boseman, due to his performance in his previous films, he was offered the role over the phone by Marvel Universe President Kevin Feige.

Trained in Martial Arts

It is known by very few that Boseman is trained in martial arts. This came in handy for his role as Black Panther and he was well prepared for the action scenes. The stunts in 'Black Panther' were predominantly performed by Boseman and the cast members rather than by stunt professionals.

Visited Cancer patients

He visited cancer patients in St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tennessee in 2018 while privately battling Cancer himself.

Stood against stereotypes roles

Boseman revealed that he was fired from ABC soap opera in 2003 because he questioned his roles' racial stereotypes. He talked about this incident during his commencement speech at Howard University in 2018.

He's from a huge family

Very few know that Chadwick Boseman is from a huge family. He once said in an interview that when his grandmother died. She left behind a whopping total of 115 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Protested during his time at Howard

Boseman protested during his time at Howard. However, he spoke about being proud of both sides, the students for speaking up for what they believed in and getting most of their demands met, and the administration for being receptive and listening to their ideas.

He brought inspirational historical figures to life

After starting his acting career on TV, he gained fame when he landed a leading role in the 2013 critically-acclaimed biographical film 42. Boseman played Major League baseball legend Jackie Robinson, winning several awards for his amazing performance. In 2014, he also played James Brown in "Get On Up" and then starred in Marshall as Thurgood Marshall, the first African-American Supreme Cou rt justice.
