This holiday season, I read this book by Dale Smith, one of the greatest spiritual teachers of the 20th century. The Weakness of Humanity by the writer Carnegie. Browse most of the chapters, read some of the materials, feel quite deep, here to share with you.

Dale Carnegie is an American writer whose most successful inspirational book is The Weakness of Humanity. In this work, he used the knowledge of sociology and psychology to deeply discuss and analyze human nature. This work is from a short speech, after 15 years of experiments and research, constantly expanded to become such a popular book for adults, it tells us how to understand people, how to get along with people, how to make people like you, how to make yourself successful and so on. A previous study by the Carnegie Corporation of authors showed that less than 15 percent of a person's high salary is due to his technical knowledge, while the other 85 percent is due to his interpersonal interaction, that is, his personal qualities and talents. Therefore, the writer Carnegie believed that the greatest purpose of education is not to impart knowledge, but to teach people to act, and "Human weakness" is a book to teach people to act.

Reading this book, I often assimilate the author's views. For example, the author thinks that it is not good to use "criticism" often in interpersonal communication, because no matter what anyone does wrong, and no matter how serious his mistake is, he will not blame himself in most situations, which is the weakness of human nature. So really intelligent people don't just criticize the other person, but try to understand the other person and figure out why they act the way they do. People will not easily understand the criticism of others, but almost all people will criticize others, but the superior to the subordinate face to face criticism is more, the subordinate to the superior behind the back criticism is more, but no matter what form of criticism, will bring people uncomfortable.

So how do you avoid discomfort? Writer Andrew Carnegie said in the book, the scientist Charles Darwin: (Darwin wrote "evolution" already know will be attacked by the religious) such as bad people to criticize us or our work, we want to be their own harshest critics, we need to find out before other people have the opportunity to blame us our weaknesses, and to improve them. To be your own worst critic is to be self-critical. In the language of the moment, it's about constantly reflecting on your actions, identifying areas where you're not doing enough, and improving before anyone else notices. More reflection, will make less mistakes; Less mistakes, can be less criticized by others, less criticized, will be less hurt, less hurt will be more happy, so that they can form a virtuous cycle, every day to live in joy.

Writer Carnegie also believed that the first element of success is to love your work, or do what you love. Review their teachers' course of six months, because of love and the selection of teachers, since I choose, then I have to be responsible for the job, you'll have to take the role of teachers, have to live up to their own children entrusted to my parents, bother again tired also must walk, negative, complaining is no good, will only bring endless trouble for yourself. So half of the teaching career still left me with many perfect memories. I am also sure to be happy, because I have mastered the first elements of success.
