How do you use the little people? This is an issue that is not usually given much attention in management, but which often arises in practice and causes many people headaches. Many entrepreneurs or leaders, whether in state-owned enterprises or private enterprises, often fall into the hands of small people. They were doing well, but then they accidentally fell into the ditch dug by the villain. The big river has passed, but the boat has capsized in the gutter.

What kind of person is a villain? A person who is narrow-minded and will do anything to get what he wants is a villain. A decent person must choose the means to do what he does. Great people have villains around them, why is that? Because villains are parasitic. Once you become great, once you become a person with great energy, once you become a person with great interests, there will be people who will come running to you who will exploit you.

Another characteristic of villains is their repetitive nature. The villain has no principles and is a mother when he has milk. If they are tempted by greater benefits, they will immediately go bye-bye to you and leave without even talking about it. They change their face immediately and very quickly, even faster than in Sichuan opera.

Another characteristic of villains is that they are harmful. A gentleman will usually do what is right by a man, but a villain will usually take advantage of a man's danger. Therefore, it is important to beware of villains. Very often, we suffer because we are not vigilant enough against villains.

The Duke of Qi Huan: The rise of a man is in the use of people, and the fall of a man is in the use of people. When he needed the talent to rule the country, Bao Shu Ya recommended a man to Duke Huan of Qi, but he had an axe to grind with this man. When he was competing with Duke Tang for the throne, this man assisted Duke Tang and almost killed him with an arrow, the man we know as Guan Zhong. This man was familiar to us as Guan Zhong. The Duke of Qi Huan had the grace to disregard the revenge of an arrow and made Guan Zhong his minister and hired many talented people.

Great men are surrounded by villains. When Duke Huan of Qi became a man of great interest, he also invited villains to parasitize him and eventually fell into their hands of them. There were two villains at that time: vertical Diao and Yi Ya.

Workplace staff

He was just a small tax collector and was discovered by Bao Shu Ya for embezzling taxes. He went to the Duke of Qi Huan early on to argue that he was not embezzling and that he was loyal to him. As a result, not only was he not punished, but he was given an additional rank. The reason was that once he heard the Duke of Qi Huan lamenting that he had eaten all the meat in the world, but had never tasted human flesh. So Yi Ya went home and killed his three-year-old son and made a steamed dish of human flesh so that the Duke of Qi could taste human flesh.

Later, when the Duke of Qi found out that he had eaten the meat of Yi Ya's son, he was extremely moved and considered Yi Ya to be a loyal servant. Bao Shuya told Duke Huan of Qi that vertical Diao and Yi Ya were villains and should be distanced, but Duke Huan of Qi did not take Bao Shuya's words seriously. In the end, the hegemon of the generation, Duke Huan of Qi, was put under house arrest and denied food by these two treacherous villains, who blackmailed him into replacing his successor. At this point, the Duke of Qi came to his senses and finally realized that the villains were harming people, but it was too late and he ended up being starved to death for dozens of days without anyone noticing.

Four signs of a villain

The Duke of Qi Huan, the hegemon of his generation, was unable to recognize a villain. There are four signs to identify a villain: firstly, the villain forgets his righteousness in the eyes of profit, he often does not care about anything, he does not even care about the appearance of food; secondly, the villain says one thing in front of you and another thing behind your back, two faces; thirdly, the villain makes trouble, the place where the villain always makes some things up and causes trouble for no reason; fourthly, the villain will pull some people to deal with another Fourthly, they will gang up on some people to deal with others.

As an entrepreneur, you should not only know how to identify villains but also how to deal with them. There are four different levels of countermeasures to deal with villains. The lower level is: anger but cannot get rid of it; the middle level is: anger but getting rid of it; the upper level is: do not move to get rid of it; the upper level is: using the heart to make good use of it.

These four different levels will yield different results.

The first level: the lower level, anger but can not get rid of it.

In a company, a person is a villain. All employees and the boss know that the person is a villain, but because of some interests or some emotional entanglements, they cannot get rid of him. The result is that you are angry and cannot get rid of him.

The second level: is the middle strategy, to get rid of them in anger.

When you find out who the villain is, you say that you have to get rid of him, at all costs, which often results in the villain being very difficult to get rid of. When you want to get rid of him, he will start to write a whistleblower letter to report you, and start to rectify you. This is how many entrepreneurs capsize. They want to get rid of the villain, but the villain turns out to get rid of him. The consequences of a villain are endless. A gentleman can afford to mess with a villain, but a villain cannot.

The third level: the best strategy is to get rid of the villain without moving.

If you can use them, make good use of them, and if you can't use them, get rid of them. If you find a villain, don't make a sound. One entrepreneur's method is worth recommending, he usually deals with villains in this way: give a villain an impossible task, he can't finish it, he will leave. If he completes it, he will have done a great service and will be given the agreed reward. But it is often the case that he fails to complete the task most of the time. Eventually, the villain will decide that the job is not fun and that he will not finish the task, and will leave on his own.

The fourth level: is the best way to make the best use of the villain.

Find the villain, treat him with a good system and a good attitude, and use him like a gentleman. Using the villain as a gentleman, and the gentleman not being used as a villain is the best way.

Many of us have a villainous side to us and use the villain's methods when we encounter certain things. The problem is that generally, we treat the villain in the way of the villain and the gentleman in the way of the gentleman. So, is there a gentleman's side to the villain in your eyes? There must be. There are times when the villain can be a gentleman. There are two sides to man, both the devil's side and the angel's side. The key is that it is the good side of the person that you want to activate. If you do something unkind and it is his evil side that is activated, he will think, "Boss, you have the heart of a villain, so don't blame me for using villainous tactics. This also gives him a reason to employ villainous tactics.

Therefore, we have to have a good way to deal with the villain, to have a system for dealing with the villain so that there is no way for the villain to jump over and resist. We should treat the villain with the attitude of a gentleman, but also with the measure of an adult, who has a great deal to offer and does not get too involved with the villain.

To sum up, when dealing with the villain, one must bear in mind three degrees: the system of the villain, the attitude of a gentleman, and the scale of an adult.

There is no villain in the eyes of a nobleman

What should I do if I can't be a villain or a gentleman? There are not many pure gentlemen in the world, and not many pure villains either. To divide people simply into villains and gentlemen is a division made in kindergarten, when kindergarten children listened to stories and had to distinguish between good and evil, telling who was good and who was bad.

In reality, we are all a mixture of villains and gentlemen. If you can't be a gentleman and you don't want to be a villain, there is a third option, which is to be an adult. What is a grown-up? The I Ching says, "A grown-up is in harmony with heaven and earth in their virtue, with the sun and moon in their brightness, with the four seasons in their order, and with the spirits and gods in their good fortune." This means that an adult is in accord with the will of heaven and earth, has the brilliance of the sun and moon, conforms to the order of the four seasons, and also conforms to the auspiciousness of the gods and spirits.

An adult is a very understanding person who may not necessarily have the style of a gentleman but is broad-minded and able to take the measure of treating people in the world very well. Therefore, I believe that if an entrepreneur cannot be a villain and cannot be a gentleman, he should at least become an adult.

There is no such thing as a villain or a gentleman in the eyes of a master, it depends on what one uses these people for. To achieve something, you often need guidance from a high person, help from a noble person, and supervision from a small person. Sometimes, if you use a small person well, you can get unexpected results.

In the eyes of the master of people, the difference between people is not simply black or white, there is also a grey transition. People come in all sorts of colors and all will have a transition color. If you have high energy, you can turn a villain into a gentleman; if you don't have high enough energy, you are likely to turn a gentleman into a villain.

Entrepreneurs must understand that if you are often surrounded by villains, you have to reflect on yourself; the problem must be with you. Why are you surrounded by villains? If you are often surrounded by gentlemen, the virtue is in you and the energy is in you.

So, using good energy and transforming little people both require us to change ourselves first. Some people say that people live to change the world and, many entrepreneurs have proposed to change strategy, business transformation, change team, and sales transformation ...... These are not important, the most important thing is to change yourself.
