In the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, there is a young man after 85 who is deeply loved by the elderly. He is Su Yang, the person in charge of the "E home in the North of the city". Because of him, the elderly felt that the Internet was so close to their lives for the first time, and because of him, countless elderly people could enjoy their old age without leaving their homes...

Born in 1989 to an ordinary family in Qingdao, Su Yang was admitted to Shenyang University with excellent grades in 2008. School started and there were a lot of freshmen who didn't know what to do when they arrived. Su Yang formed a volunteer group with his friends to help new students carry their luggage and find their dormitories. He was very happy though he was tired.

After graduating from college, Su Yang worked in the Internet and information-based industry, and although he did well in it, he found himself increasingly uninterested. Soon after, Su decided to work in community service, which he was more interested in. His parents supported his decision.

Many people think a famous college student is "overqualified" for community work, but Su Yang doesn't think so. One day in 2012, when Su Yang was on duty at his work unit, an elderly man called to say that the sewer in his home was suddenly blocked. The old man was very anxious because his children were away.

Su Yang immediately contacted the maintenance master. The master rushed to the old man's home at the fastest speed, to help the old man solve the problem of water blockage, the old man specially called to express his thanks.

After this event, "left behind the old man" these four words have been beating Su Yang's heart. In the process of visiting various communities and consulting data, he found that by the end of 2014, the elderly over 60 years old accounted for 19 percent of the city's population. 6%. Second, only in Shanghai, the situation is grim. He felt it urgent to help the old man enjoy his old age.

On November 1, 2014, the door-to-door service hotline of "Shibei E-Home" was officially opened after difficulties, and the service position was put online for the first time. But despite the hospitality of the staff, the elderly didn't buy it because they couldn't figure out what they were going to do.

The bottleneck encountered at the beginning of the business did not discourage Su Yang. On his birthday, November 29, 2014, Su Yang fell into bed exhausted after running around for a whole day, but his mind was always wrapped around the current predicament and he could not sleep.

He began to ponder over and over the reasons for his failure. After thinking hard all night, Su Yang decided to make efforts from the team itself. The new employees should be trained in professional skills for 1 to 2 months to ensure that they can meet the requirements of the elderly.

When employees complain, what Su Yang says most is to touch them with true feelings. The old man cared for by the nursing worker Xiao Wang suffers from Alzheimer's disease and relies on a wheelchair all year round. Due to the absence of his children, his mobility is very inconvenient. After Xiao Wang came, he carefully fed the old man, helped him go to the toilet, and took a bath.

To let the old man breathe fresh air and feel the smell of sunshine, Xiao Wang spent a lot of effort pushing the wheelchair from the second floor to take the old man outdoors for a walk every day. As time went by, the relationship between them became deeper and deeper. Now the old man can't help holding her hand whenever he sees her.

Through hard work, the nurses have touched the elderly with their sincere enthusiasm and thoughtful service. Many elderly people would take the initiative to call and make an appointment. Su Yang was very pleased to see that the elderly people treated the nurses as their children.

Through continuous efforts, the service of "Shibei E Home" has been accepted by more and more audiences. Today, "Shibei E Family" has 121 employees, 36 cooperative service enterprises, 6 service stations, and nearly 100 community, volunteers.

When it comes to planning for the future, so Yang said: "' shibori e home next year will be held in Qingdao shibori district launched a new service system, the system will be the first to cover shibori 19 street service outlets, 40000 people over age 80 will undertake pension service work, for China's aging contribute an own strength."
