If a girl crying is bad for a house, then how is it good for the nation if a farmer cries.

A place where 85% of Indian farmers are in poverty, yet 70% of the country has links to agriculture directly or indirectly. That's right, I am talking about India where farmers once ruled 70 years ago, but now the same farmer can't even afford food most of the time.

The population of India is 136.6 crores & still growing. What do you think this will lead to? Every single day, more than 28 farmers and farm laborers commit suicide, according to the 2021 State of India's Environment (SoE) report.

In the year 2020, there were 10,000 reported deaths among which 5,957 farmers and 4,324 farm workers died— that's 7.4 percent of India's total suicide victims the interesting fact is it's the lowest in 25 years politicians consider this as a big victory.

The agriculture industry is crucial to the success of any country. A country can survive without its technology, growth, and development, but cannot survive without its farmers But In the view of farmers, ending their lives would be better than repaying their loans, providing a hefty burden to them. Farmers feel cheated by everyone who's appointed to assist them by the government.

Farmers rely on the government to end poverty among them, but why do they all blame the government? Is it that they are not receiving direct subsidies from the government? The state I come from, Bihar, claims that fertilizers do not work on crops, but they do work perfectly on farmers. still, the government is not taking any permanent action they don't think about the conditions of the farmer who consumes fertilizers every day in order to end their lives.

Many factors that affect the death of farmers are:- Failure of crops, chit fund as they are uneducated , Family problems with spouse, others Chronic illness, Marriage of daughters , Political affiliation, Property disputes , Debt burden, Price crash, Borrowing too much, Losses in non-farm activities , Failure of borewell and The cause of many deaths is not even recorded, or if it is, the reason is changed.

As per the reports by the central government and NCRB, government farming subsidies from 1993 to 2018 mostly went to producers and dealers of seeds and fertilizers, and not to farmers, It is the mediators who are the main problem of the country, since they receive their benefits as well as farmers, since they purchase the crops from the farms at a very cheap rate and then sell them to the markets at a profit of 5 to 10%.

So the question is why India is facing such a trembled situation is there any solution for the problem?

Yes, Every citizen of the country knows there is a solution for this - population control, social awareness, new types of equipment, irrigation facilities, and paying the right amount for crops - if you bargain please do not pay such a low amount that they could never escape debt.

Farmers have benefited from several government measures, including increased MSP (minimum support prices) for their products, relief from agricultural debts and announcing a crop insurance scheme. but still, many farmers are protesting from the Year 2020 at the national capital because somewhere the government is lagging to provide these facilities which they have assured them.

As being the second largest population in the world and very little farming land, it is very difficult to manage its population. But if the population is reduced, there will be more irrigation land, so each farmer can use it.

Most of the Indians believe that the uneducated choose farming and they don't even treat farming as a skill. The educated in India view farmers as "laborers." Treat them with respect. They don't need it, they deserve it.

Please help the farmers of your country because once In life you need a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman and a preacher but every day 3 times a day you need a farmer.
