The Frequency of True Peace
Moving from Egoic Control to Effortless Compassion
Let each soul experience its lesson.
Our purpose in this world is to give ourselves love and to accept ourselves; it’s all for ourselves, not to save the world.
When you lose yourself and your independence, you don't have enough energy to burn.
When you find inner peace, you can share that peace with others, continuously sending light and love without depleting your energy. If you are constantly thinking about saving the world while in a negative energy state, what you give out will also be negative.
When you want to ascend, you must be completely yourself. Just like helping someone heal their body, energy, or spirit, you can only clearly and independently observe their body’s reactions; once you lose your independence, their frequency quickly affects you.
Healing is entirely situation-specific; observing the situation doesn't disturb your mind. When you are calm, that calm energy will assist you in completing the process. But our ego is different; we say, "I have the ability, I will help you heal." It is mostly our own habits that deplete our energy so quickly.
When dealing with things, address the event itself; don't get bogged down in the problem.
Once you get caught up in someone else's problem, you end up carrying a weight that belongs to them, while they remain unaffected. So don't intervene casually. Offer energy so they can see their own problems and have the ability to solve them. Otherwise, negative forces will immediately drag you down.
Let everyone experience their own lesson.
If you want to help others, you can only offer energy to help them see their own issues. Don't try to solve their financial, health, or emotional problems for them.
Each person's choice is their own; they need to experience their own process.
Once you intervene—driven by your own lack of confidence and disconnect from yourself—your inner desire to control others and force a deep connection will deplete your energy.
Let everyone experience their own lesson. Only intervene if they truly need help and have a genuine desire for it. When you can't take care of yourself, your energy is already over-depleted; if you still try to help others, you not only project negative energy onto them, but also create negative results for yourself.
Those who truly know how to love themselves give love that others genuinely need. A person who doesn't know how to love themselves has no true love to share. If you truly love yourself, then that love is boundless.
To love yourself, the first step is to make yourself happy and at ease.
When you are happy and at ease, this energy of love becomes contagious, and those around you will feel that joy. On the surface, our love is often framed around trying to make others happy and kind, but that intention is often rooted in control, which can even end up hurting others; that is not true love. True love is about making yourself happy—that joyful energy naturally makes others happy just by being near you. Love isn't about making others feel suffocated or pressured, especially because the love you force onto them may not be what they need.
If you love yourself, you are happy, and the love you project will naturally be welcomed by others because we are all one. It is because of a lack of self-love, being harsh on yourself, that others feel an uncomfortable aura around you. Therefore, those who truly understand how to love themselves also understand how to love others. Because we are all one, when you cannot harm yourself, you cannot harm others. Ordinary love is often about forcing and oppressing others, which is why worldly love is fundamentally different from true love.
A person who knows how to love themselves and remain happy and at ease is a truly romantic and loving soul.
All conditional love in this world carries a purpose; it is essentially a reflection of one's own ego. True love should be given without burden, allowing the other person to feel entirely free and relaxed.
