Only a very few people discover the path they are meant to take... Everyone in the world has a treasure waiting for them, but unfortunately, only a very few will follow the path they are meant to take, the path that leads happily and to their destiny. Most people believe this path is dangerous, and because they believe so, the world truly becomes dangerous.

—Paulo Coelho

Destiny? Is there really such a thing as destiny?

What is my destiny?

I've heard so many people ask this question.

Most people don't know what they want to do, what they truly like.

Either they have broad interests and can't focus on one thing;

They are highly capable, able to do many things, but lack expertise;

Or they lack enthusiasm for anything, just getting by.

As we get older, we gradually realize that what a person can accomplish is truly limited; doing everything means doing nothing well, so we can only learn to subtract.

A friend said that his long-held wish has always been to become a professional painter; he realized that this is what he should do.

But why hasn't he fully committed himself to it? Fear and anxiety gnawed at him; he didn't know how to begin, or even if he could make a living from it. A sense of security and inertia constantly plagued him.

That might have been just a thin veil, easily pierced, but now it had become the rope holding back an elephant.

Krishnamurti didn't use the term "destiny," but he said that finding what you truly love to do, becoming a free person, then one will possess true confidence and creativity.

I've seen this in several friends. They navigate uncharted waters, yet possess an unwavering inner strength. Their intellect and intuition work in tandem, creating something every day, even while dealing with a large amount of mundane work, without losing their passion and imagination. It's wonderful to live like that!

Many people are struggling to find their destiny. However, The Alchemist states, "Only a very few will follow the path they are meant to take—the path of joy and that leads to destiny. Because most people believe this path is full of danger." The truth is, we haven't dared to try. Most of the time, we live in imagined fears and dangers, afraid to plunge into the water and test its depths.

The taste of the ocean can only be truly savored by those who have journeyed within it.

Today, I'd like to recommend an article about the mission of the soul, for your reference only. What exactly is each person's destiny? That's something you must explore for yourself. To truly explore, unafraid of ups and downs, unconcerned with gains and losses, is the essence of living itself.

What does the destiny of the soul mean? Author: Xin Wei

The destiny of the soul signifies a deep inner longing. It is one with each of our living, beating hearts. They share the same yearning, the same qualities, whether we are aware of this deep inner longing, or whether we can truly hear our own inner voice.

Some destinies are smooth, some are mediocre, some are perilous; they are not solely determined by external manifestations, scope, or the strength of their influence.

Everyone possesses their own destiny of the soul, once it arrives.

Destiny is not mysterious, not enigmatic, nor chaotic.

Destiny is a guide that illuminates your past life experiences; it is also a declaration of the soul's essence, a declaration to the entire world and all forms of power. Therefore, only when you truly understand your own destiny can you realize what you are, and what the light and joy of your soul truly are.

Your soul's destiny is related to what you love to do, to your habitual emotions, and your tendency towards ease.

Each of us is born with things we joyfully do, but sometimes we cannot grasp the meaning of this statement because we cannot touch what joy is.

If you are not yet accustomed to discovering and finding what you joyfully do, or even if adapting to a state of joy is unfamiliar, then the best guidance from your soul is: "Go find your joy."

You are allowed to live joyfully; you are allowed to embrace your life and challenges with joy.

True soul joy has no reason or cause; it is inevitable and unrestricted. It is like a gentle stream flowing in a corner of a room, always fresh and textured, always warm and flowing.

Indeed, adapting to joy and discovering joy is also a process of finding one's true self. Therefore, it is a background and a normal human state, not a task to be completed on a fixed schedule.

Your soul's destiny is often related to what you are less willing to do. Because the tasks and missions we each set for ourselves are usually not entirely our own, nor do they originate from ourselves.

Sometimes we make choices against our will to please our families. For example, I might think my parents would like my spouse, so I consider them when choosing a partner. This also applies to career choices; sometimes we forget our inner dreams for the sake of profit, and sometimes we compromise our values and opinions due to the pressure of survival.

This certainly doesn't mean that "everything about me" is the most important thing. Compromise and concessions are necessary, but a conscious compromise and concession will lead to more rational choices and intuitive guidance.

When you're reluctant, it's usually a very important signal.

You need to carefully distinguish whether this is an aspect of your need for evolution or related to your inner calling and reminders.

Usually, an overly self-centered unwillingness means you need to see what that unwillingness stems from, while blind obedience and following without a sense of self makes it difficult to even clearly distinguish what is unwilling, or even to forcefully refuse.

When you're reluctant but have to, it usually means you've already made efforts to achieve the direction of your soul.

You're in a process of learning and adaptation.

When our goal is to learn to cook, I think the first step is learning to wash vegetables. The process of going from being reluctant to touch uncleaned vegetables to learning to wash, trim, and chop them properly requires practice, repeated practice, and refinement.

This process may involve considerable discomfort, but it can also be filled with curiosity and joy. Anyone will feel some discomfort when doing something unfamiliar for the first time. However, this is a necessary process, unless your goal isn't simply to learn to cook.

This also highlights the power and importance of spiritual direction.

When you clearly understand which direction you are striving in, you will understand what skills you need to learn and prepare, what perspectives you need to broaden, and what personality traits you need to cultivate.

Your soul may guide you through setbacks to learn caution, meticulousness, and patience, and may even provide praise and encouragement to propel you further and more smoothly in this direction.

During this period of profound personality transformation, we may find it difficult to perceive our spiritual destiny, and may even perceive it as mockery, because every moment is real and experienced by this living, breathing individual.

However, unless you can overcome that transitional period, even that harsh phase, you cannot give your life dignity and honor.

Only when you deeply realize that no matter what hardships you've endured, even if life ends voluntarily, if you want to live a valuable, dignified, and humane life, you must rely on positivity—a positivity from the depths of your soul—to drive yourself until you break free from your deepest constraints.

You need to deeply understand that what can change the world is positivity, not the pity and understanding of others for your difficult circumstances. In fact, no matter what a person has experienced, even when simply surviving is a luxury and a dream, even when it's a trampling and insult to one's dignity, that's not truly the best understanding and respect for one's own life. Because life itself is not like that; it requires you to take responsibility for yourself and actively cultivate a hope within your soul.

Finally, the soul's destiny is related to self-respect and self-listening.

Regardless of what destiny, mission, path, greatness or insignificance, maturity or immaturity we possess, what constantly tests us is self-respect and self-listening. Have you truly seen your own love, tolerance, responsibility, and acceptance? Have you truly listened to your own needs and joys while embracing love, tolerance, responsibility, and acceptance? Self-respect and listening are the foundation of life; they will accompany you through the deepest valleys, through long and turbulent times, through controversies, and even through the misunderstandings of your closest loved ones. Self-respect and listening are the cornerstones of transforming the ego and personality. No matter how many egos or personalities you have, even those urgently needing transformation, they will all find their greatest support and pillar through the continuous accumulation of self-respect and listening. Because every part of life may offer an opportunity for companionship and understanding.

The destiny of the soul is not a simple matter. It requires you to accept your own darkness, accept your own karma, even profound and fatal wounds. It also requires you to see the shining part of your soul, constantly nourishing and protecting yourself in the moments and years when no one understands or accepts you. Understanding yourself is a significant mission and responsibility of the soul.

Proverb: Discover Your Path

Following your inner joy and doing what your own existence compels you to do may not always be easy or pleasant. But even so, it is still a blessing, and joy awaits you behind the pain you encounter.

If your joy is only in things that feel fun or exciting, then it is not your true joy. I mean, knowing what your inner joy is requires a lot of exploration, including delving into your own heart.

—Joseph Campbell, The Hero's Journey

Once you discover what you truly love to do, you are a free person, and then you will have the ability, confidence, and the power to create. But if you don't know what you truly love to do, you are forced to become a lawyer, politician, or something else that everyone envies, and then you will not be happy, because that profession will become a tool for destroying yourself and others.

You must discover for yourself what you love to do. Don't choose a career from the perspective of conforming to society, because that will prevent you from ever figuring out what you truly love to do. If you truly love doing something, there will be no question of choice. If you have love in your heart, let love operate on its own, and it will bring about the right actions, because love never seeks achievement, nor does it ever fall into imitation.

If you simply do things you like, that's not what you truly love to do. Discovering what you truly love to do requires deep focus and insight. Don't start something from a purely financial perspective; if you discover what you love to do, you will naturally find the means to make a living. correct my English and don't change so much my article, please give me creative title and subtitle please
