It's been a bumpy road for TLC's 90 Day Fiancé couple Mark and Nikki Shoemaker. From age difference problems, financial issues, to visa problems, and miscarriage, the pair has had their fair share of struggles since they got married in 2015. After announcing their separation via Instagram yesterday afternoon, RadarOnline , InTouch and ScreenRant are exclusively reporting that Mark and Nikki are officially divorcing after six years of marriage.

Mark a divorced father of four from his first marriage of more than 20 years, Mark has been unmarried ever since and has raised his four kids alone. He went back on the dating scene once his children had grown up and met Nikki on a dating website. Nikki hails from Cebu, the same city as his ex-wife, who was born and raised there. It didn't take long for Mark's online spark with Nikki to manifest itself in real life when he scheduled a trip to the Philippines to see her. Mark proposed to her with a zip tie only two days after they first met, and she said yes.

When Nikki landed in Baltimore, the 90-day countdown started, but there was a lot of turmoil along the way. Mark and Nikki fought as they got acclimated to their new life together since Nikki was two years younger than Ellie, his youngest daughter. Although they were unable to go down the aisle, they did get married in 2015.

After moving to the united state the couple sattle in Nashville, Tennessee for a while, after the TLC reality TV 90 day fiance brought them together. They made headlines for 90 Day Fiance along with several other couples on the show including David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan and Sean Hiler and Abby Stoeppel, Alexei and Loren Brovarnik, Kyle and Noon Huckabee, Devar and Melanie Walters, Josh and Aleksandra.

90 Day Fiancé couple Mark and Nikki Shoemaker are legally separating, they revealed in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE. They currently live on separate coasts. "Our decision to legally separate is amicable and was made with much consideration," Mark, 64, and Nikki, 25, said in a joint statement. "We will however remain close friends while we raise our beautiful step-daughters together.

4 reasons why Mark and Nikki Shoemaker are divorcing ?

  1. A photo made its way onto the internet, and it is causing quite a stir. It is a photo of Mark. In the photo, Mark can be seen holding hands with an unknown blonde woman.
  2. The pair often fought because of their age gap, as well as the fact that Nikki was two years younger than Mark's youngest daughter Ellie. At the time of the when they were on the show in 2015, Nikki seemed to be just 19 years older than Mark, which is crazy when you think about it. For me as a fans I think this was not love , its creepy. I felt like she bought that girl from the Philippines . And It one of the greatest age disparities on the program.
  3. Mark met Nikki on the internet after his first divorce. Mike seem to be in search of love and escape from his divorce. And became a sex tourist in the Philippines .
  4. Everything was fast .They didn't have really the appropriate time to developpe their relationship . Only two days after spending time together in Nikki's county , the Philippines , Mark proposed to her.

Unlike many other couples, the Shoemakers did not return for any of the show's various spin-offs after the season finished. They filed a lawsuit against TLC and the show's production firm, Sharp Entertainment, in 2017 as a result of their treatment on the show.

Conclusion :

In my opinion The prenuptial agreement will not stand up in court and will not be enforced. Although the conditions are entirely unreasonable, she did not have the chance to have them examined by an attorney or have her legal rights explained to her prior to signing them. Was she represented by an attorney? Yes, but I'm not sure whether it was a legitimate representation by her attorney or if it was just Mark's representation that he paid for. That attorney wasn't truly "hers," I would say, and I could see myself making a case based on the fact that he paid even a little amount for her representation.

Additionally, she was undoubtedly under strain due to the fact that she was on the fiancée visa and that a wedding date and plans were in the works. Many prenuptial agreement caselaws have been written in which the prenup was thrown out because it was signed too soon to the wedding, and courts have recognized that "keeping a wedding hostage" is a kind of social humiliation and pressure that should not be tolerated.

Both parties would also be required to fully disclose to one another the amount of their respective property and assets. Failure to do so may be shown by fraud in the prenuptial agreement, which will make it unenforceable and unconscionable.

Finally, there is the possibility that she did not completely grasp the whole of the contract, which might be argued. Actually, I'd be interested in reading it since I know an ass like Mark would have additional, bizarre stuff in it that wouldn't stand up in court either. I'm certain that she didn't fully absorb anything, and I would argue that this effectively nullifies everything else.

Thanks For reading .
