Recently, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) imposed a visa ban on about 20 countries including Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Cameroon, Nigeria, Liberia, Burundi, Republic of Guinea, Gambia, Togo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, Congo, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, Comoros, and the Dominican Republic. In the notice circulated, the United Arab Emirates said that they will not be posting 30 days visa applications for these nationalities effective October 18, 2022. Since then, a number of Nigerians have been frantic. People have vacation plans, business plans, and some people just want to japa over to Dubai to start their life there.
