Jealousy, Envy and Doubt

How to call it like you see it.

You clicked on this article because of two reasons, you are jealous of someone and wish to end those feelings or you are a target of jealousy and want to know how to deal with your situation. I am here to tell you that there is no "help" for this...per se. The only solution to the problem of jealousy, envy and hate is quite frankly, peace.

In order to solve this conundrum you must first figure out what you do that others can't or are not willing to do. Once this is deduced, the realm in which you find yourself at that moment is the one you should explore. If you are an amazing track and fieldsman than that is where your search should start. If you are an excellent orator than start there. Where do others see you preform your daring feats? Whom do you know that is always around when you are awarded for your achievements; more importantly who is silent when you are achieving bigger and bigger goals? Stay vigilant and attentive.

Secondly, know that telling others what your goals are is equivalent to killing them. Let that sink in. However, do not misinterpret my words, if you have nefarious goals then you deserve to have your goals thwarted. The goals you hold with valiance means deserve to be realized and sharing them wears them thin. If everyone knows your goals then everyone has a say in them....How do you accomplish goals like rapping, singing, and dancing then? Easy, just start and keep doing it, talking about it with friends will do nothing.

Keep in mind the goal of jealousy and envy is to take from you the joy that is instilled by something or another. However, this is the case about envy and jealousy, it only works when it hurts, but when it does not, it is null and void. Even if something of yours was taken, it wasn't really what your enemy wanted and when your enemy has to deal with the burdens of what they stole, they will want it no longer.

So, how do you defend against it? Simply, ignore it and protect yourself as you would everyday. Say you overhear a conversation about how lazy you are and how people should get wind of your ugly side, there is no need to get up-in-arms about who and what was said. Let it roll off you like water and keep moving. It only works once it has invaded your system. If it does take over your current emotional state then the enemy will have successfully shown all those around you how selfish and egocentric you turned out to be.

Jealousy and envy are selfish emotive actions and it seldom leads to permanent satisfaction as another attack or victim must be sought to keep the flow of degradation and ego going. It eventually will leave the person using the envy feeling empty and decrepit inside.

The origin of envy comes from self loathing, a lack mindset. This lack mindset is and has always been a breeding ground for subversive thoughts. This inner hate is so strong that the mind can not stand to look at itself. Once this occurs, it looks towards others success and begins to fantasize about what life would be like if they to had success. This disconnection from reality and inner work lead to schemes, hustles and lies. Usually, this only leads to the enemy gaining petty things and minute blessings from others.

Consider a note from Buddha when dealing with spite and jealousy.... "He who envies does not obtain peace of mind".
