Saint Valentine's Day, also known as Valentine's Day and St. Valentine's Feast of Saint Valentine, is a special day in the name of love. Celebrated on official, small or large scale. On this day, married and unmarried couples express their love for each other by giving flowers and gifts to each other. Congratulations.

What is Valentine's Day and how did it get started? There are many traditions about it but they have one thing in common:

"Valentine's Day (celebrated on February 14) is a special day for lovers."

"It's celebrated as Lover's Festival."

St. Valentine was a Christian monk. There is something about Valentine's Day. Why is it celebrated as a festival of lovers? The following excerpt from the Book of Knowledge about St. Valentine's Day is noteworthy:

"Valentine's Day is believed to have begun with a Roman festival called Luper Calia. Ancient Roman men wore the names of their girlfriends on the sleeves of their shirts on this occasion. At times, the couple even exchanged presents. Later, when the festival was celebrated under the name of Cosent Valentine, some of its traditions were preserved. It was considered an important day for anyone looking for a mate. An optimistic 17th-century young lady is said to have stitched five leaves with her pillow before going to bed on Valentine's Day evening, thinking that by doing so she would be able to see her future husband in a dream later. Instead of gifts, people started making Valentine's cards. "

Why is this 'Day of Love' on February 14 attributed to St. Valentine? Muhammad Ata Siddiqui is a wealthy man in this regard:

There is no authentic reference to this, but there is an unorthodox fictional story that in the 3rd century AD there was a priest named Valentine who was captured by a nun. Because in Christianity marriage was forbidden for monks and nuns. So one day Mr. Valentine, to appease his mistress, told her that he had been told in a dream that February 14 was such a day that even if a monk or nun had intercourse, it would not be considered a sin. The nuns believed in him and the two went through all this with passion. Their fate was the same as that which usually happens when they break the traditions of the church. Later, some people started celebrating Valentine's Day in his memory by promoting him as a 'Martyr of Love'. The church has always condemned these superstitions, calling them preaching of sexual immorality. That is why this year too the Christian clergy made strong statements condemning the day. In Bangkok, a Christian pastor took some people and set fire to a shop selling Valentine's cards. "

The ancient Romans, according to their polytheistic beliefs, held festivals of divine love, beginning about 1700 years ago in Roman times, when idolatry was common among the Romans and the Romans converted Pope Valentine to Christianity. But when the Romans themselves converted to Christianity, they celebrated the day of Pope Valentine's death by calling it Martyr Love Day. Its history is linked to the When the Roman emperor Claudius had a hard time preparing an army for battle, he found out the reasons for it. Marriage was banned, but Valentine, in defiance of this royal decree, not only arranged secret marriages but also arranged marriages for other people. When the king found out, he arrested Valentine and hanged him on February 14. According to the arguments in favor of celebrating Valentine's Day, Valentine's Day is a day of sharing happiness and love. Valentine's Day celebrities are:

٭ "On this day, if a husband offers flowers to his wife out of love or the wife utters a few loving words in front of his head, what is the harm in that?"

* This is the day of expression of love, why should it be banned? Hatreds in human lives have become so much, if one day is named after love, what is wrong with it?

* Valentine's Day is not just a day of love between a boy and a girl, because love is not the only color. Flowers can also be given to mothers, fathers, siblings and friends.

Love does not need a single day, but still all over the world Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14, the day people express their love. There are many ways to express love. However, most of the lovers in Pakistan and India express their love and affection on Valentine's Day with love poetry. In our religion Islam, any such festival is not allowed and there is no obligation. And it is forbidden for non-women to meet and express love to each other.

According to the Christian view:

The church has always condemned these superstitions, calling them preaching of sexual immorality. That's why 2016
