This article does not contain any note of mysticism. Everything will be as clear as possible and understandable to all.

Certainly, many of you have faced the situation when you broke up with a man, and he continues to appear in your life with various negative manifestations and is in no hurry to leave the viewfinder permanently.

And you continue to analyze the memories, to project certain situations in your mind, again and again, you continue to justify yourself in front of that person, who should have remained in the past.

Are you aware of this situation? It is a form of energetic vampirism, because the person (not the one who is a vampire) does not gain anything from this situation, but only loses.

There is another type of energetic vampirism - psychological or emotional. This happens when you are dealing with people with certain disorders or psychological difficulties. For example, with narcissists or toxic people.

At the same time, some people are psychologically weak, with so few resources that they cannot feed themselves vigorously. Then they are forced (for them it is a matter of life and death) to recharge their batteries at the expense of others. But how do you get energy from others?

Correct, causing an energy explosion. Unconsciously, we give up energy and power when we explode emotionally - when we are upset, angry, hurt, or need to defend ourselves. This is why various methods are used to provoke emotional manifestations - challenges and manipulation.

You've probably noticed that communicating with some people brings you to the limit, and once you're out of your mind, it calms down immediately. This is home vampirism.

Here are some symptoms that indicate that your energy is being drained, which manifests itself after communicating with some people:

You mean, "It's like I got hit in the head." You notice a sudden (but gradual) decrease in energy, and your mood is shattered.

Physical symptoms without apparent cause: headache, increase/decrease in temperature, increase/decrease in blood pressure.

Weakness, your legs are cut off, your limbs are shaking.

The desire, the motivation to do something disappears. Get everything out of hand, you can't concentrate.

If you notice these symptoms, take a critical look at those around you. You may notice that you are being manipulated, provoked, someone around you who is always complaining, talking in negative terms about everything or even suddenly showing aggression.

How to protect yourself and your vital resources from vampirism:

Be is aware that there are always two sides to the system.

In addition to the vampire, there is a donor. Therefore, not only is it taken away from you, but you are also the one who gives in alone.

Many such unpleasant situations could be alleviated by simply being aware of them and taking appropriate action.

Man is aware that he has the choice and the power to influence the situation. And if he doesn't want to admit vampirism to him, he wonders, "Why am I allowed to be drained?" Usually, the answer allows you to understand what actions you should take.

If you understand everything, but the situation does not change, turn to a psychologist. One consultation is enough to overcome these problems - the psychologist will help you see the whole picture and build the system in such a way that it works most advantageously.

Define your limits.

I have repeatedly written about limits, this is a very important aspect of a healthy and happy person's life. If your limits are violated, learn to defend them. Also, learn to say "NO" and "STOP", that's what I wrote about here.

When someone starts pouring their negative on you, say "STOP" and end this attempt. That is in your power. If you can't stop him, draw conclusions and the next time he proposes to see you, say a firm "NO".

Review your vital forces. How much energy do you spend? When and how do you accumulate it? How qualitative is the source of the energy you accumulate? Do you have a good resource? Or do you always live with the battery charged only at the 5% level and any discomfort confuses you? This case is not about vampirism, but about your inability to manage your powers.

If you have noticed negative changes in your tone of life, do not wait until you are bedridden. Analyze the situation and work on it from now on. If it is difficult to do it on your own, then seek the help of a psychologist and go to him to get to know yourself.

Or to intervene with changes in a certain system, you must first know how it works. First of all, you have to get acquainted with the defense mechanisms, the strengths, and the vulnerabilities, then you will have the power in your hands.

I wish you to have your batteries fully charged and to live your life to the fullest.
