Many of the people this world suffers from unlimited fear. From birth to death, a most of the people live in a state of fear. From morning to evening and night, the sword of fear hangs on our nerves all the time. None of us has ever observed what this fear is and how it can be controlled? How feel much fear in many of the things?

We are Slave of Fear

Freedom from fear is the real and natural life that we do not enjoy even for a moment. Whatever work we are doing or whatever work we plan to do ahead are always scared? What will society say if it fails? How do I face my parents and the other family members? How will life's car run if you lose your job? What happens if there is a loss in business? Even if you haven't done anything yet, but you are afraid.

Remember, this is the fear that keeps a person disabled throughout his life. This fear in life does not allow a person to act anything bigger than freedom. Our mindset has been created in such a way that we cannot get out of fear? This mindset has taken centuries to form but it doesn't take a moment to break free from it. Because getting out of fear is the most fascinating element in the world.

People have become slaves of the fear. In present age, the fear is dominating our lives. Fear has been put on all aspects of the lives of human beings. Fear is the call by which human beings are being controlled. The fear of losing a job in the office, the fear of house change, the fear of the economic loss, fear of illness, and fear of bad things happening.

Recongnition of Fears

The real problem is something else and that is to recognize what actual fear is when everyone is to die. We human beings can enjoy every moment of life fearlessly and live a life without fear forever, if we realize that we are to spend this life with full of joys and happiness. Remember that desire is the root of human fear. Is attachment to a human being a cause for fear? Because man cannot give up desires or get rid of attachments, he lives in a world of fear and fear.

The fear and jealousy are two sides of the same coin? Love for so-and-so, it is desire, what will happen if love is lost, it is fear? Fear and desire are connected together. We value what we consider to be an important part of life, there is also a fear of losing that thing or man. So fear, desire and attachment are all connected. The person who has too many desires will have many fears. There will be no fear in a person who does not have any desire. He will be free from fear and fear.

How to Overcome

Now the question is how can we enjoy life without any fear in such a situation. Now every person should ask himself, does he want a life of fear? Love is the emotion that drives a person out of the world of fear. Love is not attachment. Love is the problem when we associate it with attachment. Where there is fear, there will be no love. Where there is fear, there will be attachment. Love gives freedom to man. When a person is in a state of love, he is free and gets out of prison. If the people want to get rid of fear, then there is only one way to do it. “Love is the name of freedom”.
