"Age is just a number" is a wonderful Quote but everyone wants to never be old, and stay playful and joyful from the start and to end of this world so here are 10 ways you can " shoo" to the angel of age and the reaper.

Skin care:

I know every girl has millions pounds of cream but even then 40 year olds call them aunts and hence proved their waste of time and money so I'm gonna advise you to use natural skin care, buy some Aloe a or plant it in your backyard, peel out the skin and extract the gel and blend it and apply it on your skin daily and your skin will be smooth as butter.

Dry fruits and vitamins:

Instead of dieting and stopping yourself to enjoy your life (thats against the topic of today) balance what your'e eating if you eat a big mac also eat some dry fruits or eat some fruits not only it will save you from obesity it will make you more active, fruits are a store of vitamin take the fruit from them.

Stop being vegetarian:

Being a vegetarian wouldn't help you, you can't imagine how much power is in chicken and beef it strengthen your bones which will reduce the odds of leaving the world in a deathbed, secondly it prevents heart attack and also helps in weight loss.

Don't take stress:

live your life with joy it will help alot, scientist have proven that stress is the cause of wrinkles and rough skin and also have declared it the cause of heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and depression.

Don't sleep with your makeup on:

Cosmetics will in general snare them close to your skin, which can cause aggravation and bothering. Over the long haul, this prompts untimely maturing. It could actually make age spots. I think its a very common topic that smoking destroys a person's lungs and they become cancer patients but alcohol is more dangerous its the cause of many disasters like high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, voice box, liver, colon, and rectum. Weakening of the immune system, increasing the chances of getting sick. Learning and memory problems, including dementia.

If you take these advices seriously and apply them to real life, these all will help you become younger and save you from various diseases and you'll look younger than your real age and don't think they are next to impossible you have to give some sacrifices like your beer and smoke.
