In a perfect world, meal planning would consist of detailed weekly schedules, wholesome ingredients, stress-free preparation, and mouthwatering dishes.

The reality, however, frequently looks like this: buying too much or too little, veggies that have wilted due to prolonged storage, and complicated recipes that never taste as well as they should.

When it comes down to it, meal planning seems to be more trouble than it is worth. But what if we told you there was a way to skip all the trouble and get right to enjoying the benefits? Meal plans from Grain do this and more. How? Read on.

We meet your dietary requirements.

Well-being is riches. Every meal box on our menu is thoughtfully designed with a well-balanced mix of base, protein, vegetables, toppings, and dressings since this idea is applied to all of our recipes. You may be sure that we use less sodium and sugar and more herbs and spices to provide flavor because we don't like hidden calories either.

Our meal boxes come in individual servings that are designed to fill you up without going overboard because we understand how important portion control is. We also provide nutritious snacks and sides to help satisfy any unhealthy cravings in between meals. A particular favorite of the general public is our Perfect Hanjuku Eggs. They are served chilled after being soft-boiled to perfection and marinated in a soy-based marinade. This allows you to store them in the refrigerator and eat them whenever you get hungry. If you're craving something sweet, try a fiber-rich Mixed Fruit Parcel or tart Passionfruit Yogurt Parfait.

On our meal plans, lunch is provided from 11 AM to 1 PM, and supper is supplied from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Better gut health and wiser meal choices result from such regular mealtimes, especially in light of the fact that we are all guilty of placing last-minute fast food orders at odd hours of the day.

We satisfy your lifestyle demands.

We strive to avoid taking a one-size-fits-all strategy whenever we can. We recognize that everyone has different tastes and dietary demands, even though our meal boxes are created with variety in mind.

Whether you're on our singles, couples, families, or corporate meal plan, our Craft by Grain option offers the chance to adapt to specific needs, whether you're on a vegan or low-carb diet, or simply want the option of tailoring every part of your meal. Each person can choose their preferred base, protein(s), vegetables, topping(s), and dressing. The possibilities are infinite with an incredible selection of dishes like Sous Vide Sanchoku Rump Cap, Oven Baked Tempeh, Braised Cabbage with Shimeji Mushrooms, and Prune-Spiced Root Vegetables.

You join us on a culinary adventure.

Consider meal planning to be monotonous? Think again. Every Wednesday, Grain updates its menu, so you can anticipate a beautiful variety of new meals each week.

Our dishes draw inspiration from a variety of cuisines and cultures, and every ingredient included in our meal boxes is obtained freshly and prepared with the utmost care. For instance, the Basil Thunder Tea Rice is thought to have originated in Hakka and was developed during the Qin era. While maintaining the dish's healthful, vegetarian status, our chefs added their own flair by substituting the nourishing dang gui for the original tea-based broth and adding a fragrant blend of chye poh, fried shallots, mushrooms, and long beans for a mouthful of earthy, umami flavor.

Meanwhile, the Tobiko Dill Aburi Salmon is a creative fusion of French and Japanese cooking. Fresh fish is brined, cooked sous vide, then drizzled with vanilla oil to give it a subtle flavor. Dill sauce and tobiko are then liberally drizzled over the salmon. The apple-fennel slaw's crisp texture and roasted sesame capellini's ideal base complete this multi-layered dish.

The fact that we work so hard to create dishes of restaurant-caliber means that when you eat with Grain, it's never just a meal; rather, it's an exploration of various flavor profiles that allows you to broaden your palate while remaining at home. This significant distinction is what distinguishes our meal plans from those offered by other companies.

We enable you to avoid wasting time and money.

You save time and money when you work with us to organize your meals. You won't have to stress over your next meal, pay various delivery and service costs, do a lot of clean-up afterward, or, most importantly, waste food. Our meal plans are not only adaptable to your schedule, but they also don't require any commitment.
