Here is a complete list of questions to ask yourself if it is difficult to make a choice.

1. What can happen at best and at worst?

Write down all possible solutions. The most negative scenario and the most positive. And a miracle will happen. In most cases, after writing them all down, the answer becomes obvious. But don't be lazy to write!

2. How am I going to look in the mirror tomorrow?

Most of the time, to experience the feeling of pride, joy, inspiration, you first have to make a difficult decision. You have to work hard, take risks, take complicated steps.

But if you think that tomorrow you will experience a feeling of disappointment, of shame, you will not be able to look yourself in the eye - do not run away from these emotions, do not ignore them. Think again.

3. Does this correspond to my visions?

Whatever you do, it's important not to get out of the way. Are you wondering if this is important to you or are you being influenced? Often, erroneous and utterly useless visions of "what is right or what you should do" plunge us into a swamp of trouble, from which it is very difficult to get out. You always have to know where you are going and how that will get you closer to your goal.

4. If I were not afraid, what would I choose?

It's nice to know that you're the one who chooses how to live. But often in real life, we are all overwhelmed by fear, stereotypes, and other negative characters.

Convince yourself that the decision you want to make is not dictated by fear, weakness, or the desire to follow the simplest path just so you don't move your fingers once more. Often the decisions that are most difficult to make are the right ones.

5. What do your body and intuition suggest?

They're your allies, I can't give you bad advice. Remember the last decision you regret. Didn't an inner voice whisper to you that you shouldn't do that? Didn't you feel the discomfort and alarm? At least now listen to them.

6. What did my previous experience teach me?

Success is as important as a failure. Both mistakes and the right decisions are valuable life lessons. The real defeat is when you haven't learned your lesson.

Remember all your successes and failures. Aren't they suggesting what to do now? But, please, you don't have to confirm by your actions again and again that you didn't learn the lesson.

7. What version of the future do I see myself in?

Everything is simple. Close your eyes and imagine that you have already made your choice. Visualize, look at the new reality, with the choice already made. You have made a decision: who to be with, what blouse to buy, to do sports or to give it up.

How did your life change a week after you made that decision? After a month? After a year? Do you like these changes?

Who do you see next to you?

What blouse are you wearing, green or yellow?

Do you find yourself slim and slender or struggling with cellulite?

8. If I don't think about money, what choice would I make?

Will you give up if you don't have the money right now to continue? What do you think, many ideas in the world have remained at the level of the idea just because there was no money? Or because they never became a goal, in the way that money is just an easy impediment to remove?

As unlikely as it may seem at first glance, it works: if you are on the right path and make the right choice, then money will not belong in coming.

9. Ask yourself the opposite questions

Look for the honest answer, be strict with yourself, ask yourself cunning questions, this is the only way you will be able to understand what you want. For example, when you ask yourself "should I go to the gym today?

Or I have to prepare for the exam, the thesis and in general "I have so much to do", you may get an answer known to everyone: "No, I will not go". Now you have to ask yourself with all sincerity and severity: "Aren't I lazy? Don't I just want to go for a walk in the open air? Will I study for the exam or is that a reason? " Honest answer.

These are questions that are not easy and sometimes unpleasant to answer. Of course, you may not like the answers, such a situation should not take you by surprise. But only in this way will you be able to make the right choice, so that you can make a decision, after which there will be no doubt that you have done the right thing or not.

It also happens that there is no pleasant choice, a bright and joyful alternative. Then it's time to remember the adult man in you, take responsibility for your life, and make a difficult choice. It is important to be calm and self-confident, even if it is a complicated choice, but it is the best in this situation. That is all we can do - to strive for perfection and to be devoted to ourselves.
