Instead, soon, start taking positive steps to get yourself out and about again, so you can start to plan your new life. If you are unfortunate enough to be in the throes of the break up blues, here are some steps you can take to start making yourself feel a little better:

1. Allow yourself ONE last day of grieving

It's not good holding on to all that emotion for too long, so give yourself a single day to let it all out. Have a good cry, cry if you want, just get that grief out and then you can start to think more positively.

2. Hang out with the kids

3. Go wild with girls

Another tip for getting more than one break up is - if a girl nights out and make a good one! Have a few drinks and you'll soon be getting things off your chest with your friends and don't forget you have one to report to right now, so you can stay out as long as you want .
