Eat less processed foods:

Processed foods are often high in calories, fat, and sugar, and can contribute to weight gain and other health problems such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. It's important to opt for fresh, whole foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean protein sources, and healthy fats, which provide essential nutrients and can help maintain a healthy weight and prevent chronic diseases. Additionally, cooking at home and avoiding processed snacks and drinks can help you better control your calorie intake and ensure that you're eating a well-balanced diet.

Diversify your protein sources: Protein is a crucial nutrient that helps to build, repair, and maintain tissues in the body, including muscles, organs, and cells. It is made up of amino acids, and while our body can produce some amino acids, others must be obtained from our diet. Eating a variety of protein sources is important to ensure that we get all the essential amino acids that our body needs.

Red meat, poultry, and fish are excellent sources of complete protein, meaning they contain all the essential amino acids. Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and yogurt are also good sources of protein. If you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet, you can get protein from plant-based sources such as beans, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, tempeh, nuts, and seeds.
