You are at work with the window open, and outside you can hear the shrill voices of children playing in the yard. The birds are singing. The sun is blowing you out. Your grass whispers. And reports, meetings, clients, and negotiations are waiting for you…

First, you must close the window! Only now can we discuss other, less obvious issues.

It all depends on motivation. It is important both to keep order at work and to take a few breaks during the day for exercise and to dress in such a way as not to cause depression to those around you, but rather to make them smile and to enjoy life.

It is very important not to eat at work, but to take a lunch break, to go out to another room, but it would be even better - in the fresh air. But you know all this, don't you? We invite you to try psychological methods so that the work on a sunny day is pleasant and useful.

# 1 Start the day slowly

Don't do it all at once. Believe me, if you want to prove that you are a responsible and honest employee, it would be better to start the day with something simple and easy.

# 2 Praise yourself more often

Come to work, compile the list of tasks for today and praise yourself for the first task completed (the list is also one of the tasks)! You tidied up the table, bragged, you deleted another point from the achievements. Now you can do more complicated tasks.

For example, making phone calls. We leave the most complicated tasks for closer to noon. After the meal, we schedule the tasks easier because then the body needs forces for digestion and the brain works more slowly.

# 3 Divide the elephant

The elephant is a difficult task, which requires a lot of work and causes procrastination. Agree, it's impossible to eat an elephant all of a sudden. When you think about how big it is, you put your hands down. Take a sheet of paper and divide the giant into smaller tasks.

You will be able to "eat" them, won't you? Can you make a phone call? Of course, you can. But going to a meeting? I know you can. Step by step you will see how you will climb Everest. Because that's in your power since life has put such a task in front of you. Eating the elephant in pieces is not such a difficult task and it is very real.

# 4 Alternate work with rest

Work an hour, then dedicate 15 minutes to rest. After that, work, without being distracted (!) For another 1.5 hours, followed by 20 minutes of rest and so on. That's the decent thing to do, and it should end there. Don't forget to exercise, they will charge your batteries and provide you with a new dose of endorphins for the rest of the day.

Therefore, after intensive work, a reward awaits you. We do not offer a special chart, because each one makes it up according to its specifics. Only experimentally will you eventually form your diet.

# 5 Don't be distracted

When working at intervals, it is very easy to get distracted. In fact, as in the case of another work regime. If you work in front of a computer, close all communication applications that you do not use for business purposes. In general, close all unnecessary applications. Use your browser only for business purposes.

We all know how tempting it is in the morning to access Facebook for a moment, just take a look… and when you remember it's already noon. The second important aspect: you get distracted => the concentration decreases => the quality decreases => the efficiency decreases => everything decreases. It can be difficult to regain your focus. If you can't and don't want to be distracted - inhale and exhale 10 times.

If that didn't help, think about it!

If all the above recommendations have not worked, you have the impression that you are doing something useless, if you are no longer happy with your work, if you do not understand what is the purpose of what you are doing, if you have no moral satisfaction. time to think hard.

Do a deeper analysis.

Can't force yourself to work? But do you understand the purpose of your work? What benefits does it bring to you and humanity? By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. I know it's fashionable, but it's not fair! TRY TO UNDERSTAND what you would like to do in life.

Maybe you have certain talents and abilities? Maybe you can find an application for them and they can bring you a profit? Then you will win! And enjoy the work you do, and the money. If you study the biographies of millionaires, you will be convinced that they were passionate about what they do, which is the key to success. I sincerely wish all readers this!
