2:20 p.m. – CARSON CITY, NEVADA In Unit D1 at Mills Park Apartment, Lacie Duggan, a 6-month pregnant woman in her late 20s, was vacuuming the living room floor. Tunnel Demon
People say autism can be cured by some pills or by therapy but really if you do not have it you never will know that it isn’t something that can be cured, and many just brush of the differences and the challenges we suffer as kids just being kids, or say “if you’d just get up and go out and make friends join and club” or “we gotta get you into a club” people with autism when we find a talent we are good in and we do obsess over it but that’s what makes us geniuses in the field if we go at it as and make it a job. All we need it support but at times depending on the interest we don’t get it, I know I didn’t, cause you see my interest was.....the paranormal.

The Life of My Father
A poor family, we grew up in the land of the Great Depression. Hit hard, we were forced out of our already-broken home and that was where it happened. My father, he began to cough up blood one morning. My mother was nowhere to be found and I, a girl no older than twelve, was roaming around the shack looking out for wild birds with a younger brother sitting on the grass, picking leaves with a stick. I could hear my father coughing and the sound of the blood coming out of him. Though, it was probable that at the age I was, I was not sure that anything was horribly wrong. Death was fairly common to see, hear and witness - and even though I had become more or less normalised to it. I never thought my father would die. But he did. Later that day, sometime in the early afternoon to the sound of my mother crying out the Lord’s name in her sombre, melancholia before it all fell silent and still. Even the wind itself seemed to stop moving the leaves upon the grass. My brother dropped his stick and we both stepped back inside, my father’s lifeless body laying slain by tuberculosis upon the counter top. My mother, heartbroken.

Underrated Horror Movies
The Barrens (2012) Stephen Moyer (True Blood) and Mia Kirshner (The Black Dahlia) star in this obscure flick that probes the mythos of The Jersey Devil. A father takes his strained family on a camping trip to the Pine Barrens, hoping it will bring them closer together, as well as rendering it a memorial trip dedicated to his father. After a campfire story about The Jersey Devil, the father begins acting strange and the trip quickly takes a turn for the worst. This crafty movie that utilizes the atmosphere of isolation and the lore surrounding the Pine Barrens is a twisty psychological ride.
