Rachel CarringtonPublished 7 years ago in HorrorAlphabetti Spaghetti: 'The Walking Dead' Star Responds to Major Fan Theory About Her Character
While AMC's #TheWalkingDead is still trying to recover from another season of murder and massacres, fans are hungrily awaiting the arrival of Season 8. As we wade through the various shards of brain and skull matter that #JeffreyDeanMorgan's Negan left behind in Season 7, some are already looking ahead to the show's next Big Bad.
Tom ChapmanPublished 7 years ago in HorrorIs 'Split' Scary? The 10 Most Shocking Moments From M. Night Shyamalan's Horror
I have trouble dealing with one personality, let alone 24, but James McAvoy seems to be winning over critics in M. Night Shyamalan's latest blockbuster. Billed as a psychological thriller akin to the rest of Shyamalan's work, Split has thrown its hat into the ring as one of 2017's best horrors; all that and it only came out in January. In a year of resurrecting Jigsaw, chestbursting xenomorphs, and another round of Child's Play, how does #Split bring home the bacon in the #horror stakes?
Tom ChapmanPublished 7 years ago in HorrorHow Does This New Group Alter the Timeline of Events Going Forward on the Walking Dead?
Last night's episode of The Walking Dead introduced us to something we weren't expecting. That's not to say there weren't signs of what was to come earlier on, it's just amazing how this small variation has completely changed the timeline of events set to take place during Season 7 and Season 8.
The Walking Dead Comics Foreshadow Carl's Budding Friendship with Negan in Season 7
If you've been following along with the current episodes of #TheWalkingDead, you know last week's episode "Go-Getters" wasn't as thrilling as previous episodes this season — but the episode did depict Carl heading out on a solo mission to assassinate #Negan. The scene was placed towards the conclusion of the episode, which foreshadowed Carl's excursion to Negan's Sanctuary in the following one. Carl was also seen accompanied by Jesus, who was on his own recon mission for Sasha. The two met unexpectedly in the back of Negan's van, and they'll likely have an interesting existential debate during "Swear."
Not Fred And Buried Yet: Robert Englund Returns For Elm Street Documentary Trailer
Away from Chucky, chainsaws, and Crystal Lake, one name sticks out in horror for haunting our nightmares since 1984. With the eerie voices of little girls singing nursery rhymes in your ears, horror legend #RobertEnglund is back as Freddy Krueger for one more spin in the makeup chair. No, sadly this isn't another A Nightmare On Elm Street film, but it is about as close as we are ever going to get.

Uh oh, it looks like bad news for the Underworld universe, as Underworld: Blood Wars has been slain by the competition in cinemas with a frankly frightful opening weekend. We here at Movie Pilot, we already tipped Blood Wars to be something of a marmite affair, even calling the death of #KateBeckinsale's career one of 2016's saddest on-screen deaths. However, it is now official that Blood Wars sucks. Perhaps we should have stuck a stake through the heart of Lycans vs. vamps after the fourth film.
Tom ChapmanPublished 7 years ago in HorrorReinventing The Zombie Genre: 'The Girl With All The Gifts' Is The Best Present You Still Need To Open
While the wave of reanimated corpses still has us as gripped in 2017 as in the Romero days of 1968, Hollywood struggles more and more for a way to keep us infected with our fascination with #zombies. Just as 28 Days Later reinvented the zombie genre with fast-moving munchers, 2016's The Girl with All the Gifts gives another spin on the tale, putting children at the forefront of the outbreak, used as both a weapon and a cure for zombification.

Kadriya woke to a stiff neck and foggy mind. Inwardly she groaned and awkwardly stretched her limbs despite their protest and her bound wrists. To gather her bearings she took a look around the small cell she shared with four other women.
Sutton FullerPublished 7 years ago in HorrorContract Renewal Mean Everyone's Favorite Walking Dead Hero Is Safe for Another Year
If you've been watching the latest season of #TheWalkingDead, you know this season has been one of the most phenomenal so far and only five episodes have aired. Within those five episodes, The Walking Dead has set up numerous events from the accompanying Walking Dead comic series to take place during Season 7 and Season 8. However, there's one event, or rather one character in particular, who doesn't exist in The Walking Dead comics but has a very substantial role on the television series. The character in question is #Daryl.
American Horror Snorey: Why The 'Roanoke' Finale Will Leave You Snoozing
And we are outta here! #RyanMurphy's horror anthology waves us off with a bloody tissue for another year, while another #AmericanHorrorStory season comes to a close once more. For those expecting the finale to be some televisual spectacle to be lauded in listicles and Buzzfeed articles for years to come, you might as well turn back now. The milk has gone sour, the crops have dried up, and die-hard AHS fans will be left with the bitter taste of rendered pork fat in their mouths. This is the story of Roanoke "Chapter 10," a.k.a. "this little piggy went to sleep."

It is all over for another year; Butcher Bates, Scrathcyhat, and ginger Evan Peters all shuffled off this mortal coil to be replaced by #AmericanHorrorStory Season 7. So did the finale of Season 6's Roanoke wrap everything up in a neat bow? Well, not exactly.
