Manhunt, by Gretchen Felker-Martin
This review contains spoilers ### It normally doesn’t take me just over two weeks to read a 300 page novel. But Manhunt was a heavy, bleak read, and I found myself needing absolute focus to read it. Even though it was a heavy read, I’m glad I sat down with it.

Bus Stalker
This story took place during my first year of college. Back then, the bus system in my city was a complete hit or miss in terms of being reliable. Unlike most of my friends, I lived the farthest from downtown in a recently developed suburban neighborhood. Very few busses had routes that ventured out the newly built-up area. The ones that did, the 177 and the 175, only came around in 30-minute intervals for a couple of hours at a time in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

The Confession of Morton Thomas
In the Summer of 1994, a small town in Virginia called "Ariel Heights," held the record for the most missing person cases within the span of just 2 months. Between May 30th and August 12th, over 124 missing persons were filed, with ages ranging from 2-98 years old. This event was known as the “Ariel Heights Anomaly,” and was made even more disturbing by the fact that during this entire event, not one piece of evidence was discovered, nor any bones or remains or even footprints. Some people speculated that it was the work of some underground cult or Satanist organization. Others believed that it was merely a hoax, and that the police officers just needed something to keep them busy, due to there being little to no criminal activity before this debacle took place.

The Walking Dead: Why The TV Show's Version Of The 'Stephanie' Saga Is So Different From The Comics
The Walking Dead TV series has long been known for twisting and remixing certain events and storylines from the comics, often to keep comic reading viewers on their toes, or spare fan favourite characters who would otherwise have died. This remixing of storylines has become especially necessary in the currently airing eleventh and final season, as certain major players from the comic's final story arc are either missing (like Rick Grimes), part of an earlier storyline remix that sent them travelling to parts unknown (Michonne), or off having their own adventures in Fear The Walking Dead (we're looking at you, Dwight).

Flight of the Blue Jay Part Four: The Key is in the Files
“I don’t understand why we are here.” Sammy complained, standing in front of a decaying mental hospital. “You are fucking limping still. We just got you out of the hospital yesterday.” Rolling my eyes, I smoothed my black silk skirt. Messing with my red ribbon around my neck, the black lace blouse felt itchy against my skin. The cast felt bulky on my muscular leg, making movement harder.
