Ever since the rumors began regarding Emme Rylan being fired from General Hospital spoiler alerts have been suggesting how her character would exit Port Charles. Initially it was believed that Cyrus might have her killed because she was investigating him for a story. Lulu and Jackie were working together but the mother of Detective Chade left town to follow leads for a different story. Peter told Lulu that she needed evidence and not innuendo and that was the last we heard about it. At this particular time it would seem that Cyrus had his focus in a different direction.

It was next stated that she would be injured during the explosion at the Floating Rib and Dante and Dustin would work together (in vain) to try to save her. Lulu walked away from the restaurant rubble but collapsed in the hospital chapel, while talking to Dante. Portia and Lucas have now made her family aware of how serious her condition is. Lulu suffers brain trauma and a second injury when her brain began to swell. Doctors are going to perform a procedure that would alleviate the swelling but it’s possible she may not come out of the coma.

Viewers whose Wednesday episode was interrupted by President elect Joe Biden’s speech did not see the last moments of General Hospital. I had to watch 3 different videos online to find the last 7 minutes of the show. Laura, Dante, Kevin, and Nikolas were together at GH and left speechless at the prognosis that Lucas gave. This still does not indicate exactly what will happen to Emme Rylan’s character that removes her from the scene. Right now Laura’s daughter is in a coma and attached to a ventilator which would make it difficult for her to speak.

Soap Dirt has said that Lulu will tell Dante to take care of the kids before she dies which means she would recover to a point of speaking. There is also a different scenario that viewers should considerbut based on what’s been revealed it does not sound like she is going to come out of this. Soaps.com says next week Laura and Fante will disagree regarding Lulu. This could possibly be about whether not not she should remain on life support. If Lulu stays comatose she will be like her mother who spends years in a catatonic state. Emme Rylan is leaving General Hospital but her character does not have to die.

General Hospital viewers are wondering why Frank Valentini chose to remove Lulu who is a long term character on the show? It’s not making sense and viewers need answers. Killing off Dustin gave fans a hope of a Lante reunion but now that does no seem to be going to happen. General Hosputal devotees are also angry that Julian has been written out. His love scenes with Alexis were the hottest on the screen and the sibling dynamic with Ava was so unique. Killing Dev Corbin was heartbreaking for those who had grown to love the teen. This has been an unbelievable week on General Hospital and it’s one the fans will not soon forget.

No last air date for Emme aRtlan had been given so fans can only take it one day at a time. Dante is working on taking down Peter and that could take some time. Fans want to know if he is sticking around and if he finds a new love once his ex wife is gone. Will Lulu soon pass away or will she languish in a come jet as her mother did in a catatonic state? Only Frank Valentini knows for certain and he’s not talking. Be on the lookout for rumors and spoilers but please take them with a grain of salt. Remember that General Hospital will air a rerun Thursday, be preempted Friday by sports but will return on Monday with new episodes.
