The 8 Show Netflix Review | The Next Big Thing on Netflix

This series will also prove to be a very interesting or entertaining experience for you. While watching, you'll feel like you're watching a reality show like Bigg Boss, where the characters do all kinds of mental or physical challenges to earn money and face a lot of torture.

The 8 Show Netflix Review

The 8 Show is a dark comedy-thriller series that was released on Netflix. Let me tell you that this is a limited series, which means that you will not have to wait for the release of season 2, and a total of eight episodes of the show can be seen, and each episode is between 40 and 50 minutes long.

Finally, I have finished watching this series after spending the whole night, and now I am sharing whatever good or bad experience I have had through this review ride.

Story

First of all, let me tell you a little about the story of this series. In the series, you will see the story of eight people who belong to different backgrounds and are going through bad times in their lives, but these eight people get a chance to change their lives when they become a part of a mysterious game show where they can earn a lot of money by playing some games. So, to know whether these people will be able to change their lives or not and what kind of games they will have to play, you will have to watch this series.

The 8 Show Review

Now let's talk about how my experience was after watching this series. So, see, the concept is not new, and even the themes that will be explored in this series are not new. We have seen shows from The Hunger Games film series to Squid Game and many other shows based on this concept, but the good thing is the execution of this series, which makes this series very different from other shows made on a similar concept.

This series will also prove to be a very interesting or entertaining experience for you. While watching, you'll feel like you're watching a reality show like Bigg Boss, where the characters do all kinds of mental or physical challenges to earn money and face a lot of torture.

Who is the hero and who is the villain among these characters? You will come to know as the show progresses, and as the show progresses, the story also becomes intense, and you will get to see a lot of violence.

Negative Points

Let me tell you that the dark comedy or humor in this series works in some places, and the same social commentary has been done in this series regarding poverty and the class system that we have experienced in other shows before. There was nothing new in that either.

Now if we come to the characters, then they are no doubt interesting; you will be invested in them, but still, the character work of this series is a bit weak; you will not get to know much about the characters, the rest of the actors' performances, the music, or the overall production work. That's all good.

Conclusion

In short, if you like watching shows like Squid Game or The Hunger Games, then you can pass your time very well by watching this series, and yes, the story has finished in season 1, so there is no need to wait for season 2.

Even if season 2 comes, we will see it following the story of other characters.

One more thing: this show is not family-friendly at all, so how did you guys like this show? Please give your opinions in the comments, and don't forget to subscribe, like, or comment.

See you soon.
