Finn's parents arrive

The Finnegans have arrived in LA and it’s about time. Ted King debuted Friday, July 30 on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL as Jack the father of Steffy's fiancee Dr. Finn. This has been a long time coming and viewers are eager to find out all about little Hayes's grandparents. Fans are also wondering what this couple will think about Paris Buckingham living in the home with their grandchild. Is it a mere coincidence that Zoe’s younger sister took up residence in the beach house just one week prior to Finn’s parents showing up or is all of this connected somehow?

If Jack Finnegan looks familiar it’s because his portrayer is a soap vet. Ted King first appeared in a daytime drama when he portrayed Danny Roberts on the soap opera LOVING which was later renamed THE CITY. He may be best known for portraying Louise Alcazar on GENERAL HOSPITAL. B&B viewers have been wondering why neither Steffy’s mom Taylor nor Finn's parents have been to see their new grandson. Now at least 2 of the grandparents have decided to put in an appearance.

Where is Taylor?

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL viewers have been curious about Taylor Hayes missing important events in her children’s lives? She was not around when Thomas had a breakdown because of a tumor and she has not been there at all for Steffy during her pregnancy or the birth. She also never visits her other grandchildren, Douglas or Kelly. It's possible that Steffy and Finn might get married without Taylor coming to town. Some fans believe Finn’s mother might give Steffy a hard time and suggest that Taylor needs to show up and stick around to defend her daughter. If Hunter Taylor is not available a recast can always be used.
