The Best Gender-Swapped Comic Book Characters
Every once in a while, comic book characters are in for a serious makeover, whether it’s because sales are dragging, or there's been a fundamental change in the comic book universe that requires men to be ladies (it happens) or just simply because someone got bored and drew Batman with boobs.

Whenever you grew up within the long (long) career of The Undertaker, you probably thought he was pretty cool. Heck, you most likely thought this even if you were an adult. The Undertaker’s gone through a few different phases of his character over the years, but, through everything, he’s always stayed cool. Apparently the combo of black leather and vague necromancy just has that timeless appeal. And the man can roll his eyes right back in his head ---- c’mon, that’s pretty impressive all on its own.
Anne St. MariePublished 8 years ago in GeeksSweet Revenge: Watch Underdog Girls Weaponize Dessert
There’s more than one way to have a food fight. Sure, sometimes flinging your lunch around the room can be a blast, but you don’t have to get covered head to toe in mashed potatoes to have a good time - and get what’s yours. When it comes to taking edible revenge and showing the bad guys who’s boss, geek girls are the best at getting creative. I mean ANYBODY can have a food fight, and a lot of people can have a pie fight, but smashing a chocolate ice cream cone into a cheerleader’s clean white uniform? That’s style. It’s definitely a dirty fight when food’s involved, but an underdog girl has gotta do whatever it takes, no matter how messy the method. Enjoy the following clips from movies where underdog girls (and women) used sugary treats in many forms to stick it to the man and get sweet, sweet revenge.

Matt CatesPublished 8 years ago in GeeksThe Funniest Harry Potter T-Shirts
This is a pretty solid list of the funniest Harry Potter t-shirts out there, which makes me ask myself, "WHY is this all there is?" I mean really - the Harry Potter series has HUGE potential for developing funny t-shirts (which I firmly believe are one of the three most important components of anyone's wardrobe, along with "comfortable pants" and "at least one jacket that makes you look like you're ready to fly a B-52"). The business opportunity's out there, people. Somebody get busy. I personally would like to request a shirt depicting the scene where Voldemort hugs Draco. Most. awkward. hug. EVER. (What about the part where Ron forgets that he doesn't actually have a wife? What about the part where Ron dances with Professor McGonagall? What about his entire relationship with Lavender and how she calls him "Won-Won?" What about everything that Ron has ever said or done, on a t-shirt?)

Are you fresh on the fandom scene and a little confused by all the lingo? Well, I don’t blame you, young padawn. Even if you’re overwhelmingly informed about all your favorite fictional worlds—and know how to say “Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist” in Elvish, Entish and High Valyrian—the world of fandoms has a vocabulary all it’s own, one you’ll need to know to navigate the waters safely.

Sarah QuinnPublished 8 years ago in GeeksBest Simpsons Treehouse of Horror Tales
What makes the Simpsons Treehouse of Horrors Tales so scary is that this stuff can come out of the mind of Matthew "Matt" Groening. He is a comedic genius, artist and probably really rich. I decided to take a look back at some of the past Simpsons’ Halloween offerings that still have me laughing to this day.

Sarah QuinnPublished 8 years ago in GeeksThe Best Little-Known Dieselpunk Movies
Just because they aren’t a household name doesn’t mean that these lesser-known dieselpunk flicks aren’t well worth the watch. If you love watching Nazi spies, katanas, Nazi zombies, tanks, Nazi robots, Mafia lords, dogfights, Nazis on the moon, jetpack rockets, and Nazi zeppelins thrown together in messy, grimy, wildly entertaining yet somehow philosophically engaging stories that your friends haven’t seen before, then this is definitely the list of dieselpunk movies for you.
Sarah QuinnPublished 8 years ago in GeeksHistory of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movies
After the middling reception of the first Michael Bay produced Ninja Turtles film released in 2014, there seemed to be a legitimate enthusiasm and excitement surrounding the next installment that hadn't existed for a Ninja Turtles movie since release of the very first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie back in 1990. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows in 2016, offered fans things they’d always wanted to see on film, but weren’t technically capable of making the transition previously.
